Unfortunately there was only one server for entire restaurant until after 8. I waited 25 minutes before ordering and another 20 minutes before food arrived.
Hashbrowns and Canadian bacon were dry, but eggs, link sausage, and bacon were all good.
Prices are reasonable.

Don't waste your time. This used to be a good restaurant. The new ownership ruined it. Service staff is still good, but the wait times are stupid for food. What a shame

Wait time was an hour, even when they aren’t busy, waited 30 mins last time and not a single person acknowledged I was there, the bacon looks.. well.. questionable… and why am I paying almost 20 dollars a meal???

Ordered a stuffed burger. Delicious! It had lots of flavor and not over cooked! Generous amount of fries. Met the new owner who takes pride in his food and employees. Great job so far!

The food was amazing and the staff was so kind. I got the ABC breakfast burrito and it was one of the best burritos I’ve ever had.

I came in for breakfast around nine and I’ve been waiting since 1230 for my food which is an absolute disaster. I’ve had 5 cups of coffee along with my wife others around me are getting their food, but not our table. Nothing complicated just breakfast orders, but they filled more to go orders than they have tables around us. I do not recommend this place.

I ordered the stake and eggs. Asked for medium rare. I received a bland done stake that wasn't even seasoned, stake so thin it couldn't possibly be cooked medium rare. Nothing on my plate was seasoned at all. I was so disappointed, i wanted to eat here for so long. And my excitement was shot down after the first bite. They are such a friendly restaurant I thought it was worth a shot but . For $30 meal. I would sadly never order this again. I didn't want to be rude so I tried to finish my entire plate but just couldn't.

Nice enough place for breakfast, they even have reindeer sausage. And the tea pots are tiny and oddly cute despite being plain metal.

The Bakery's one of my Fairbanks favorites for casual dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Their food is top notch, the service is always good, and they have options for pickup orders. They make great omelets, pancakes and a really good chicken fried steak entree, among other menu items.

We were seated at a party of 4 and given water then no one came back! Twenty minutes later after everyone around us who was seated AFTER us was asked their order we walked out. The food is great but the service is horrible.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to the Bakery Restaurant. The food quality didn’t meet expectations – the hash browns tasted like they were just frozen and microwaved, lacking any real flavor or texture. When we brought it up to the server, she simply said ‘sorry’ without offering any solution or alternative, which was disappointing.

I was also surprised to see an extra charge for peanut butter, which seemed unnecessary given the already high prices. Overall, the food felt overpriced for what we received, and the service left a lot to be desired. Not sure I’d come back, unfortunately.

It is the best of the breakfast restaurants we have visited in Fairbanks.
