Very disappointed in bamboo Panda today. I ordered Mongolian beef for myself and coconut shrimp for my husband. Mongolian beef was dry and flavorless. These shrimp was the worst though. My husband couldn't eat it. It was rubbery, not breaded. it was rubbery and tasteless. It looked nothing like the picture which was beautifully brown and crispy. No coconut breading. The order photo showed seven large shrimp. We got plain popcorn shrimp with no seasoning or flavor. The dish I got was in no way the dish that was advertised. See photo below. I have been a long time customer of bamboo panda but probably won't be going back after this.

We have been coming to Bamboo Panda for years and it is a great place to feed the family on a budget. The food is generally great, with huge portions, enough for two or more meals. They are also super speedy, I placed a takeout order and three minutes later I was walking out with my food. Not a place you would go for atmosphere, but for a quick hearty bite!

The prices are so cheap, the portions are generous, and they are very fast! I love their egg drop soup, and sesame chicken. Their roast duck is interesting, it’s served in sauce with all the bones removed. One time they got my order wrong but the food was still delicious anyway!

I have no idea how this place gets such the raves and recommendations it does. This was seriously one of the most bland, tasteless, and generic Chinese food I've ever had. Not a single thing we ordered wow'd us. Eggrolls greasy and tasteless. Wonton soup tasteless and bland. Beef and broccoli tasted like a tv dinner. The rice was so soggy and tacky. No sauce or flavor on the house lo mein. For almost $100 worth of food I definitely expected more. Looks like it's only the big place in NP now 😒

Egg roll was tiny. Ok tho. Soup was good. Sweet sour chicken lunch special. And drink all total was $15. Food was a solid 4.2/4.3 not bad at all. Huge lunch portions I will return. Sweet sour chicken was decent as well. Hard to complain

Highly disappointed after first calling to confirm what I attempted to order online to before order was placed. Waited on delivery only to realize my order wasn’t correct. Made another call back to get transferred from one employee to what I thought to be a manager. Said he would make right only to wait another 20 30 minutes for it to still be wrong after specific descriptions of what I wanted 😡‼️‼️‼️
