Do not go here. The food is terrible, worst cooks in town. I only gave it multiple chances because some of the staff are awesome. I have gotten sick multiple times and same with friends.
We are visiting from Tampa and have had BBQ all over America so when we saw that Guy Fieri said this place is on point we decided to check it out! He was right! Our favorite was the brisket, sausage, pulled pork and ribs! Even the baked beans were done right. The chicken was a little dry but the turkey was surprisingly good too. The service was awesome! Very attentive, sweet and quick service! Loved the bar area too. Overall it was a good place to stop by and hang out before we went back home.

Everything was fantastic! I have to give a special shout out to the pit boss. The brisket was the best I have had since my BBQ experience in Arlington, TX.

Great service! Great food. Generous portions. We were visiting in the area for a week and the hotel we were staying at recommended we try your restaurant. It was close enough that we could walk. We were glad we did!

It was rib night and the ribs are a very good size. Order a smaller amount and add more if needed.
They need to have senior portions available.
The turkey sandwich was good tasting but could have used some mayo or sauce added to it, as there was a lot of turkey on it, making it dry.

Fist time in Fairbanks. The pig out platter was so good. To big for two took it to the hotel.

Had the Brisket sandwich with the Mac and cheese side. Brisket amount was generous and very tender. The Mac and cheese was a little dry. Enjoyed the KC Sweet sauce. They had several choices. Overall very enjoyable.

I ordered the pork ribs and half the meat was dry and crispy, the other side the bone actually fell apart with the meat. The waitress brought more ribs but said they were all like that today. She offered to bring me brisket but I had already tried my wife's and found it lacking flavor. The sides were average . She gave me 10% off of my dish.

Great place for BBQ, I have had the pulled pork and brisket and neither one disappointed. I have enjoyed dinning in and I have used their carry-out catering service which was excellent.

Big Daddy’s came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The food was delicious, portion sizes were appropriate, and we left very satisfied and eager for our next visit.
The burnt ends were tender and juicy and so flavorful. The ribs were fall off the bone and for burgers, you can’t go wrong with the BBQ burger or Western burger.
Kid-friendliness: We did not see a kids menu, but our preteens gladly polished off an adult portion.
