Growing up in Fairbanks, I’ve always felt a sense of community and respect in local businesses. I’ve never felt so dismissed in a place where I chose to spend my hard-earned money.

My fiancé ordered our lunch to-go in case my lunch break from work was too short, but the food came out quickly, and we decided to eat inside. He was already seated, and I had just sat down when a server came over and said “ “we spend so much money on our biodegradable to-go plates, we can’t let you sit at our tables and eat your food with our biodegradable plates”.

We weren’t disruptive, we PAID for our meals, and we were literally just trying to sit down and eat. Instead, we were asked to leave over a technicality that could’ve easily been handled with grace…again over 2 to-go plates.

The food may be decent, but the lack of basic hospitality and flexibility means we won’t be coming back.

This bistro is in a bit of an cramped, off to the side location, but it is very much worth the effort to get to dine here. I had the Chipotle Chicken sandwich and it was hands down the best one I have ever had! My wife got the special for the day which was a chicken breast, pork belly, cheese, mango salsa on a sweet potato bun. It was also delicious! This is a Triple D worthy joint..... We highly recommend it!!

The Cajun chicken sandwich here is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice, juicy, and full of flavor. And don’t even get me started on the fries, hand-cut, crispy, and absolutely amazing. You can tell they put real care into their food. Definitely worth coming back for!

Great salmon sliders and BLT! The soup was clearly fresh and made from scratch with big chunks of broccoli. Fries are awesome! Best meal we had in Fairbanks.

Wowza. Family of 5 after a day of hiking for dinner. I had the shrimp tacos, husband has the special which was a burger with pot roast on top, gluten free grilled cheese for two kids, and a gluten free Mac and cheese topped with turkey bacon. Service is fast. Food is amazing, staff is lovely! Thank you for having a place where folks with dietary restrictions can order amazing options!

I loved this place. I had the Smoked Salmon Slider..... delicious. Plus their fries were great. My husband had the Chipotle Chicken, he said it was really good. The chicken was juicy not dried out. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely amazing food, they were accommodating to a family garlic allergy, as well as gluten. More than happy and pleasantly surprised. Staff was as phenomenal as the food :)
