Wife and I both had New York Strip. Low quality steaks. Both of us were ill about an hour later. Service was good. For an $82 tab, we were not impressed.

Great service by Zack our server. Food was served hot and was very good. Enjoyed the flight of beers to taste. I had the beef tips that were excellent and so tender. House salad to round out my meal.

Our server was very nice and got everyone's order right - several were complicated like my SantaFe salad substitute garden burger instead of chicken, no tortilla strips, no dressing. The chef didn't put many veggies in the salad (mostly lettuce and hardly any corn/black beans. Only 2 wedges of tomato) and almost everyone's food was cold, hence the 4 stars for food quality. It was my son's birthday and they got the whole restaurant to sing happy birthday! Loved that! Just be aware if you have a larger party (we had 7), the food might not be hot. They have a wide variety of food - you should be able to find something you like and they are happy to do substitutions and accommodate dietary needs. I recommend this restaurant. 👍

Candice boosted my ego, only for life to humble me right after
Went to Brewsters Restaurant with a group of 5. Our hostess, Candice, was incredible - funny, super hospitable, and somehow managed to make a table of hungry man-children feel like VIPs and toddlers at the same time. She even brought us a child's menu because we said one of our friends was basically a baby. Top-tier service.
At one point, Candice told me that I was handsome - which, naturally, inflated my confidence to dangerous levels. So later that night, I shot my shot with someone I liked... and let's just say I did not get the response I was hoping for. So now I'm writing this review from my emotional recovery arc.
The food? Amazing. The burgers? Life-changing. The service? Impeccable. Candice? A queen. My love life? In shambles.
Still - 10/10 would come back. Maybe next time I'll just stick to the steak instead of taking relationship advice from my own ego.

I visited Brewsters during a recent business and pleasure trip to Fairbanks and had a fantastic solo dining experience. I ordered the daily special, which was a burger topped with house-made jam, pepper jack cheese, and bacon. The combination was flavorful and unique. The fries were hot and crisp, and everything came out quickly and cooked just right. To drink, I had a refreshing unsweetened iced tea along with an ice-cold Elysian Space Dust IPA. Both were excellent pairings for the meal. The service was attentive and helpful from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with a comfortable mix of locals and visitors like me. If you're in Fairbanks and looking for a great meal with good service and a laid-back vibe, Brewsters is well worth the stop. I’ll definitely return on my next trip.
