Wonderful experience. Traveling from out of town Saturday night, when we arrived we were sat instantly & Zach was out waiter. Great guy, very attentive, he recommended the cheese steak to me and it was a hit. Extra meaty meal, flavorful and not a soggy bun. The steak was juicy and cooked to order 👌🏾
This was a GREAT stop with great service (Zach's the man🤘🏾) & I took half the cheese steak & waffle fries home with me.

The outside temperature read -45 F, my wife and I had a red eye flight out of Fairbanks and we wanted a hearty dinner before sitting at the airport and on a plane for three hours. We chose Brewster’s knowing we had been satisfied with their food in the past. The blonde hostess girl who we asked if we could sit at a booth had an attitude, a really bad attitude when we simply asked to change our table. I’ve eaten at just about every restaurant in Fairbanks and have never experienced such a bad attitude from ANYONE working.
Despite the rude hostess, our server, Zach, was very polite and attentive. His personality was so completely opposite of that of the hostess, it made our dining experience much nicer than our initial experience walking into the restaurant.
Our food was hot and tasty and after a week in temperatures that never exceeded -35 F, it hit the spot. I would dine at this Brewster’s location again, maybe next time the hostess will be in a better mood.

Food was very good. We had planned to go to food Factory for a Timmy's maple bacon. But they close at 5pm, so we headed to Brewsters. Food was all around delicious, the classic bacon burger was perfectly cooked and juicy. The corn dog bites my daughter got she loved. The cheese steak my husband and I went for were both generously portioned and delicious! The fries were all well cooked. Sauces were great, the cheese curds are a MUST! 🤤 Over all everything was delicious. Service was great. Our waiter was patient with our children and attentive for us. Well be back.
The new location is amazing! So pretty. The bathrooms could use a few more stalls/toilets. But it is very upscale feeling now. Food is just as amazing. Service was awesome also. Definitely check them out!
