Wonderful experience. Traveling from out of town Saturday night, when we arrived we were sat instantly & Zach was out waiter. Great guy, very attentive, he recommended the cheese steak to me and it was a hit. Extra meaty meal, flavorful and not a soggy bun. The steak was juicy and cooked to order 👌🏾

This was a GREAT stop with great service (Zach's the man🤘🏾) & I took half the cheese steak & waffle fries home with me.

The outside temperature read -45 F, my wife and I had a red eye flight out of Fairbanks and we wanted a hearty dinner before sitting at the airport and on a plane for three hours. We chose Brewster’s knowing we had been satisfied with their food in the past. The blonde hostess girl who we asked if we could sit at a booth had an attitude, a really bad attitude when we simply asked to change our table. I’ve eaten at just about every restaurant in Fairbanks and have never experienced...
