We enjoyed Brewsters so much we visited on back to back days while in Fairbanks. Our UBER driver suggested Brewsters and recommended the halibut pieces. They were crispy and fluffy and light. Sooo scrumptious. When we returned the following day we had the best waiter in Russell who was so attentive and eager to help. He recommended the steak bits and Pepper Jam burger and both were spot on recommendations. My husband had the clam chowder both days and loved it. I had the chili on day one and can positively recommend. There was no wait either day though it is a hopping place!

they were able to host at 12 party today 6/29/2025. when called they advised me to come abt 30 mins early then the time scheduled.which it was at 530 i came at 5 and got sat down 22 mins. very fast. had very great experience our waiter he was fantastic. forgot his name. but his is so awesome. and so patient. thanks to all the staff. very pleased.you can see our waiter talking to my sister.

We used to go to the Brewsters on airport all the time and always had great service, tonight we tried the new location, and atmosphere and food were great. Ashley was not. She was not friendly at all the whole time we were there. She didn’t ask if we wanted any appetizers. Before we were finished eating she tossed the check on the table and walks away. She didn’t ask how everything was, if we wanted more drinks (which we did) nor desserts (which we also wanted). We made sure to leave a tip with the great bus lady and bartender, but Ashley didn’t deserve the hourly pay she got.

The restaurant is excellent, but maps took is there while the place was closed for renovation. I believe you can edit your hours or list it as temporarily closed so people don't show up at a bad time.

We enjoyed an evening with friends at Brewster’s. The burgers were good, waffle fries greasy, and the apple walnut chicken salad was amazing and fresh.Service was very friendly and efficientThe restaurant didn’t feel clean from the minute we walked in. The ventilation wasn’t good and you could smell the food fryer. Seems that the restaurant needs a deep cleaning to feel fresh.All in all it was just ok except the salad was awesome and the service.
