A wonderful place, if you like overpriced, small quantities. I know that’s what I look for when visiting from out of state.

Here two days ago on the 28 i make a order for two cakes to be picked up yesterday on 5/29/25 they already taken the money out of bank ,then when my niece want there to get it they couldn’t find it here they look four times, then my niece called me then told me they can’t find the order so i had screenshots the order and the receipt, then after that they find it next ,then told her one of the worked throws the receipt away then her to pick out two small cakes from the freezer then i said that’s not my mistake ,for ur work to throw the receipt away , then tell her they will make the cakes what i ordered one was coffee crunch and the other was mint chocolate chip .IM SO DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE CAKE NOT BE HERE FOR MY BDAY

Service was rough. Not sure if the young lady serving me was just having a bad day, or is partially deaf, but almost everything I said while ordering was ignored. Asked for the “one smart Brookie”in a waffle cone, and she just kinda stared at me confused and asked what flavor I wanted. This happened three times. Somehow between that and mentioning multiple times I wanted it in a waffle cone I was handed a small cup of vanilla ice cream.

3 workers working and we waited in a 6 person line for 45 minutes.

Limited staffing causes long wait times (in excess of 30-minutes). If I owned this location, I'd start searching for new management. (Visited May 11th)

***four weeks later, thought we would try again for ice cream for a quick birthday treat for the fam and they are still turning away customers before posted closing time***

Posted closed time online is 9 pm and this location was turning away customers at 8:38. IMO Change your hours or hold your employees accountable for closing early.

I ordered through DoorDash and the first dasher said they were out of the flavor I had ordered. I get shifted to another dasher that says they cannot retrieve the order because they were closed. (this was at 9 pm and posted hours say 10 pm on Saturday, I ordered at 8 pm). I then get moved to a third dasher who states that they are closed and I cannot receive my order. Closing before your posted hours (when I placed my order around 8 pm and still couldn’t get my order) was absolutely ridiculous. I understand it’s Saturday but I have to say I am very unimpressed with ColdStones customer service.

What a joke! Went to Cold Stone tonight with family, expecting a huge selection—NOPE, just two flavors. TWO! At an ice cream shop! 😂 Staff didn’t care, no apology, nothing. If I wanted disappointment, I’d eat freezer-burned ice cream at home. Cold Stone? More like Cold Letdown! Never again! ❌🍦

Why have employees that obviously hate their job. The girl working on 10/11/24 @ 830pm was miserable. She put the mix ins in the ice cream but didn’t actually mix it in. She then just blobbed it on the dish, not pushing it into the dish. Basically got ice cream with toppings. They also are suppose to close at 10pm but we watched them turn people away right after we left.

The staff here were very kind. It took a bit for the people in front of us to order but the staff member was incredibly patient. I liked that there were tables and chairs if we wanted to take a seat and enjoy our ice cream there. PS they had all of my favorite flavors so this visit was a homerun for me!

Been waiting almost 15 minutes 2 orders have been completed
Appears new people here alone they should have a more experienced person to help guide them
I may not come back for awhile
Unfair to patrons and the newer staff

Ordered the Cheesecake Fantasy in large. when my order arrived I thought there must be a mistake...the ice cream cup was about the size of a tennis ball.For like $17. An absolute JOKE.

These workers are truly amazing we watched for over an hour people buzzing in and out and they smiled and were polite and just great. I will keep going back .the ice cream is amazing.
