Why have employees that obviously hate their job. The girl working on 10/11/24 @ 830pm was miserable. She put the mix ins in the ice cream but didn’t actually mix it in. She then just blobbed it on the dish, not pushing it into the dish. Basically got ice cream with toppings. They also are suppose to close at 10pm but we watched them turn people away right after we left.

The manager was serving and offered us a freebie - just because that’s something they do occasionally! Great ice cream and very friendly service!!

The staff here were very kind. It took a bit for the people in front of us to order but the staff member was incredibly patient. I liked that there were tables and chairs if we wanted to take a seat and enjoy our ice cream there. PS they had all of my favorite flavors so this visit was a homerun for me!

Been waiting almost 15 minutes 2 orders have been completed
Appears new people here alone they should have a more experienced person to help guide them
I may not come back for awhile
Unfair to patrons and the newer staff

Ordered the Cheesecake Fantasy in large. when my order arrived I thought there must be a mistake...the ice cream cup was about the size of a tennis ball.For like $17. An absolute JOKE.

These workers are truly amazing we watched for over an hour people buzzing in and out and they smiled and were polite and just great. I will keep going back .the ice cream is amazing.

I've been served here at 10 o'clock with a line behind me still with a good helpers, but these new workers running things seem to want to close it early all the time. The quick ice cream would've taken as long as it took me to make this post. What a JOKE

Turned away for the second night in a row. They say online they close at 10:00pm on Saturday but that’s not what they practice. They close closer to 9:00pm

Pretty poor customer service today by young lady working. My husband ordered a milkshake, stating he wanted a milk shake and she gave him a small cup of ice cream. After nicely telling her he asked for a milkshake she stated there was nothing she could do about it and “next time you should be clearer on what you want.” Not sure how he could have said I want a milkshake any clearer that what he said. Definitely will not be returning again.

I visited the Fairbanks location on 12/16/23 after the downtown fireworks. It looked like a lot of people had the same idea because though there were only a few customers ahead of us when we walked in, at least 20 people walked in while we were in line.You could tell something was going on behind the counter. There was some weird energy coming from one of the workers. Suddenly, the 'employees only' door swung open and a young man basically pushed his way out of the store, leaving two others to deal with the crowd.Landyn couldn't have been more professional. He let us all know that he needed to call his manager but would be right back to serve the crowd. When he returned a few minutes later, he powered through the orders as quickly as he could, with such a positive attitude. You truly have a great worker in Landyn.

Landon and Steve- 2 hard workers! With a line of customers out the door, they were patient and thorough even though a team member walked out on his job.

Always yummy ice cream.

Ordered a large smoothie, and the girl didn't blend it well. After drinking some, I realized that I just wouldn't be able to drink it, it was full of chunks. So I walked back in, and told the girl, it's not blended and impossible to drink. She went to the senior employee and asked her if she should remake it. She goes, "OK, we will make you a small one since you did drink some already."
The girl remade it, and just pushed it on the counter. No "sorry", no "thank you." I felt like it was my fault.
Absolutely horrible customer service skills!
