I visited the Fairbanks location on 12/16/23 after the downtown fireworks. It looked like a lot of people had the same idea because though there were only a few customers ahead of us when we walked in, at least 20 people walked in while we were in line.You could tell something was going on behind the counter. There was some weird energy coming from one of the workers. Suddenly, the 'employees only' door swung open and a young man basically pushed his way out of the store, leaving two others to deal with the crowd.Landyn couldn't have been more professional. He let us all know that he needed to call his manager but would be right back to serve the crowd. When he returned a few minutes later, he powered through the orders as quickly as he could, with such a positive attitude. You truly have a great worker in Landyn.

Pretty solid creamery, they have plenty of options. If you want cakes, shakes, ice cream, sherbet and Sunday's. They really do have it all. My kids love to come here, they always put gummy bears in whatever ice cream they get. The waffel cones and bowls are very good and can tell are made fresh. I definitely recommend.

Pretty poor customer service today by young lady working. My husband ordered a milkshake, stating he wanted a milk shake and she gave him a small cup of ice cream. After nicely telling her he asked for a milkshake she stated there was nothing she could do about it and “next time you should be clearer on what you want.” Not sure how he could have said I want a milkshake any clearer that what he said. Definitely will not be returning again.

Overdue review but the staff here is always great! And the store is very clean; however I am writing this review to shine some light on Lydia and Jonathan. They are incredibly understaffed ( like everywhere now ) and had a rude customer complaining about service. ( they were the ONLY people complaining ). And Lydia remained professional explaining the situation and how she was training Jonathan. It was his first day on the job and he was doing amazing! He was extremely friendly and brought a smile every time he spoke to my family. Great job you two!!
The ladies that work there have great customer service. They were friendly and punctual.

We live stone cold, but, it tears our stomach up, they must add lactose, so we have stopped go. I can live with store bought ice cream and save $10 for each trip.

Let me tell you. I always enjoy ice cream from cold stone creamery. This location though. Its so busy. Probably cause theres not many options for ice cream shops in the area. So everyone in Fairbanks usually end up here. And I ain't kidding when I say the lobby wasn't big enough for everyone in line. Lol. For my ice cream I got a "like it size" reeses peanut butter awesome sauce substituted with coffee ice cream. This combination was amazing. Lol. Usually I don't really care for coffee ice cream. But mix in the creamy peanut butter and reeses and you got yourself a winner. Would I get this again? Heck yes!!!

You can never go wrong with ice cream. They usually have some sort of dairy free flavor, but today they had almond milk ice cream. Which was a very nice surprise! I was picking up an ice cream cake--which was beautifully done--and I couldn't pass up chocolate almond milk ice cream!
