Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and bacon. Took two hours before the food was delivered and by the time I got the pizza I was so hungry and exited to eat, I open the box and what do I see?..No damn cheese.... bro.. two hours an no cheese.. how do yall forget that?

Waited over a hour for our delivery, called twice to ask about our order because the tracker said it was 1 minute away twice and then was told it would be here in 6 minutes that they had multiple deliveries in our area, never showed up, called 25 minutes later and was told "she couldnt find your location, so she turned around but was headed back towards us, should be about 10 minutes"Never had a issue until now, poor customer service and lack of effort for a customer spending $50 on pizza.

The food okay. The constantly changing staff of delivery drivers vary on professionalism but is seems alright. Don't call, don't walk in. Just order online. I recommend avoiding their 'sales' end if at all possible. The real pits is that this store won't even try to do the coupons advertised online or on TV half the time, not even at a standard alaskan markup. I'm still buying but I'm particularly displeased today.(Update 11/1/2023)This place has completely forgotten how to read their order screen. The exact same mistake 7 times in a row (and the dominos tracker told me twice that the store manager i was to contact with a problem was the same asshat who didn't make it right. yeah i called lady you do know my voice) So, yeah. Order menu items. Don't alter them and maybe you're fine. But me, I order once a month from this place now when I used to order twice weekly.
If you're in an unfamiliar place and uncertain about where to dine, you have at least one option for your hunger.

The last few deliveries have been terrible. They used to be good. This last pizza took 2 hours. To top it off, there was hair in the pizza. I’m not happy at all.

Hour and half for delivery.food was okay. Pizza box was mashed in the our 2 liter soda definitely laid on top of our pizza. And the customer service on the phone absolutely horrible.
