Ordered Christmas themed donuts for an event and none of them were Christmas themed after telling the lady twice on the phone. They are tasty but not what we ordered. I know they are capable because I have ordered them before and they were wonderful but the last two times they didn’t do what I ordered. Disappointed :0(

We have ordered multiple times from this bakery for multiple events to include our daughter's wedding, a baby shower, etc. It is fantastic! Best donuts around! I went in today without her knowing who I was to get a single glazed donut and only had my debit card but her minimum is $5.00 to use your card. I was willing to buy more but she shooed me away and gave me my donut for free. Love their donuts and their customer service! They have my business forever!!

Just moved to the area and have visited here twice already. Looks like Fairbanks best kept secret. Nothing beats fresh made donuts! And a great variety! Here we go again. The coffee was bitter like they hadn't cleaned there. Equipment or they don't have a water filter period 2 sips and poured it out period what really irked me most. I go there for an apple fritter. Occasionally someone will make it right, but today was another day. A mediocre . I picked it up out of the case and it felt heavy. So I was optimistic that it actually had some apples in it. Boy was I wrong. Not a single piece of apple in the whole apple fritter. I ate a little of it trying to eat the outside where there was more sugar in coating. And I let the young lady know Why call it an ample fritter? If you're not going to put any apple in it period I'm just so frustrated. You can't find anyone, including Safeway, that actually puts apples in the apple fritters, on a regular basis. It's a little cinnamon and sugar coating with a little bit of apple syrup. And that's what you get charge me more. Charge me double, but make it worth eating
