I love this little gem of a place. There was a period of time they were closed, and I remember coming to Fairbanks over and over again super bummed that they weren’t in operation. So. I’m glad they’re back up and running. The food is amazing and the owner is super nice, also all the staff who work there is also nice. Highly highly recommend
I've been here a few times over the years. The owner closed for some time during covid, so I'm pleased to see they've reopened, and are also open in the winter now. Most places have dry falafel. Not here. They are moist and full of flavour. The people working here are incredibly kind and service is fast. Great place to come for a quick lunch.
Very friendly, prompt service. They make your falafel pita in front of you with your requested toppings. Sorbet is super refreshing after your meal, a light palate cleanser. Dining available inside or out. We ate outside on their patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. $8 for half a falafel pita which is very filling for one person. A whole falafel is $14 and served cut in half (optimal for sharing and cost effective).
