Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

Just went and ordered a large burger and onion rings , 25 min later food was ready and the burger and bun were cold as well as the onion rings seemed like 2 hours old ... when I asked the Mgr to feel the bun and look at the onion rings she started complaining and saying I'm not the one who ordered cold jalapeños on the burger , one other young lady yelled at me and said we can refuse service to you also ,,, after I paid for and received the cold meal ,,, I stuffed it in a bag and left the location... do not accept cold food for fairbanks alaska prices and don't take a manager of a business being disrespectful to you the customers

We came by Saturday night and whoever was up front working tonight was awesome!! It looked like they had dark short hair? Food was great too!! I got a thousand island it was great :)

The burgers are good but the great thing is that they have more variable options for eating a burger, for example the skinnyburger having two patties instead of bread, the gluten free bun option and the dairy free cheese. I got the skinny burger and it was a little greasy for me but I was still meeting my carbs requirements per day and eating a burger outside, so it works for me.

It was okay for me. I liked the sweet potato fries. The burger was alright. It was bit bitter from the burnt parts on the patty. I got it large fatburger with "the works" and cheese. I should have added additional toppings.
My partner got the xxxl fatburger with "the works" and cheese. He liked it a lot.

Kid behind the counter with the hand band seems to be too slow to be in a kitchen kept touching his hair and then the food with gloves on. Management needs to work on speed took over 10 minutes for 1 burger 100% unacceptable would not recommend

I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised! The burger meat was wonderfully flavorful. All the toppings were really fresh and not too much or too little. The sweet potato fries were seasoned savory and had a great crunch factor to them. The regular potato fries were meh, but non-deal breaking.
Staff was super professional, and you could hear them singing in the back, leading to a good vibes atmosphere.

They got our order wrong and it was downhill from there. When we got to our car we realized that they made all 5 of our burgers with ketchup only when we asked for only 1 ketchup only… at that point we just shrugged it off and ate them anyway. As my son was eating his burger he found several blonde hairs inside. Gross. The food was mediocre at best. My turkey burger bun was so stale that it crumbled apart as I ate and the fries weren’t salted at all. I wouldn’t recommend.

First visit to Fatburger. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I got a XXL skinny burger and sweet potato fries, and I gotta say it was the best burger I've ever had. #1 contender. Fries were really good too.

Dietary restrictions: Skinny burger has no bun, so low carb/keto/gluten free.
