If you have a craving for an amazing burger look no further!!! Staff is always great, and the wait is never insane. I am not much of a milkshake kind of guy, but the vanilla milkshake is amazing!! Don't wait to go. Get a burger with some fat fries and a delicious milkshake 😋 👌

I got a fatburger which was good but I got onion rings and they were horrible. I wish I just got fry’s instead because they do good on those. But overall very disappointed in the onion rings. Disappointed that I spent $1.50 more for them and ended up unhappy.

Stood in line for five minutes. Not one person acknowledged our presence. We left. Courtesy and common decency would be nice.

From a delivery drivers perspective. Got the order, took me 10 minutes to get there, then 15 minutes to get the food, then the tall chubby bearded man at the counter hands you the drink that’s been sitting there for 20+ minutes. You ask for a fresh one because you care about the customer and you don’t want to give them a watered down root beer, he then tells you no, it will be fine. WWYD?

Just went and ordered a large burger and onion rings , 25 min later food was ready and the burger and bun were cold as well as the onion rings seemed like 2 hours old ... when I asked the Mgr to feel the bun and look at the onion rings she started complaining and saying I'm not the one who ordered cold jalapeños on the burger , one other young lady yelled at me and said we can refuse service to you also ,,, after I paid for and received the cold meal ,,, I stuffed it in a bag and left the location... do not accept cold food for fairbanks alaska prices and don't take a manager of a business being disrespectful to you the customers

We came by Saturday night and whoever was up front working tonight was awesome!! It looked like they had dark short hair? Food was great too!! I got a thousand island it was great :)
