Most of my order was correct. The only gripe I have is that the two patties looked like they were smashed into one, and the toppings were wrong. And when you drive 20 minutes to pick up your food and drive home just to find out your food is messed up, it's kind of a bummer.

Came in and right after ordering my food the daytime manager, Teddy, greeted me and let me know that whatever I need while I'm waiting for my food can be done (changing the channel for the TV, refilling cup as much as possible, ect...) and that that is the atmosphere of the place. When your here they make you a priority. The food is good and what you expect, my wife and I love their chili cheese fries and milkshakes.

I had my food delivered when it arrived my fries were cold and hard my burger was cold. My milk shake was like water. For $67 dollars I'm disappointed. To be clear the price is $67 because I ordered 2 meals.

I ordered an original FatBurger combo which cost $14.99, I handed the cashier a $20.00 and tip the change. I got my meal and started eating my burger but noticed the temperature of the burger was not that hot and the meat was pink. I got it should be practiced for the restaurant to ask how you like your burger or I as the customer should say I want my burger fully cooked.

Last winter there was 2 cooks and man the food was BOMB. meat was so juicy and all the food was perfect. Damn sucks they got rid of them food hasn't been good since they been gone. Food taste dry now and not much flavor like before. Hopefully they find good cooks like last winter .
