Got the onion petals for appetizer - $12 for nearly nothing. Food was alright, taste was fine nothing to wow or amaze you, portions for $20 burger and $20 cheese steak small. Got a pickle that I think was once frozen and then microwaved ?. No value to have a desire to return.

Updating my review as I had originally reviewed when they were cutting hours and didn't have enough employees.
Went there last week and got the monthly special double smash burger and it was great. Waitress addressed me and my group and sir or ma'am and was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed through our meal.
I'll visit again.

Decided to eat out for lunch after following them on Instagram for a while. They looked pretty kid friendly (kids menu, coloring things, ect). Drinks took a little while to make it to the table but not the end of the world. Our waitress was nice but seemed overwhelmed as she asked us for our order right as she took the drink order. We had our menus maybe 5 mins at that point. Food took a while to come out. Our kids food came out before ours. Apparently she saw them just sitting there before our two meals were made (5 in total) so she offered to bring them over to our kids (3 popcorn chicken kids meals). When ours finally came she noticed both meals weren't made correctly and quickly brought them back. We ordered 2 of the smash burger meals ( 1 without tomatoe, 1 without cheese). The one without tomatoe was quickly brought back and the one without cheese was re made. When it came back I noticed it had quite a bit of spice to it. And when I wiped my hands I noticed a red kinda seasoning on my hands. Upon inspection the patty was overly seasoned with some sort of blackening seasoning. When I tried my fiance his tasted nothing like that. I'm not sure why mine had to be doused with a spicy seasoning after being re made. You could very clearly see it on the bun that the patty was covered in some sort of RED seasoning.. And nope. I didn't say anything to the waitress. She already looked in over her head. We just won't be going back. No coloring things were offered to our kids. Aside from the kids menu this wasn't that kid friendly. $76 dollars later, we won't be coming back. This was for 2 adult meals, 3 kids meals, 2 fountain drinks and 2 kids lemonade. One of our daughters decided to have water.

Ordered chicken wings, it was alright. Had the raspberry habanero sauce and it's a lot. Wings was swimming in it lol but we didn't mind. Curly fries are all small pieces, only few came in in full curl. But the service on the brightside is great.

If in the fairbanks area stop in and grab a bite. This place is really good. Excellent cheesesteak sandwiches and burgers, Lots of options and they serve a large drink that will rarely need to be refilled. One of fairbanks best eats.
