I've been eating at food factory for over 25 years. I can't go there anymore. Your food is way too expensive. $9 for an order of French fries is a rip off. $21 for a frickin hamburger. Insane. I'm sure people will pay it. I wont.

It's definitely not the most affordable place. Yes, we are in interior Alaska, but it was more than anticipated for 2 adults and 1 child. The food was great, with plenty of options for kiddos. The booths are also very tight, and being super pregnant, that wasn't very comfortable. There is plenty of parking!

Sure I'm a bit on the bigger side but this was sliiim even for me 15 years ago. The people were super friendly and the service was prompt though. Food was so incredibly greasy. A veggie sandwich shouldn’t be full of grease. My friends chicken and fry’s also greasy. Also the food pics on the menue slide show tv made me loose my appetite. I wanted to love the food but couldn’t.

The quality of food is pretty much the same as anywhere. The menu is absolutely gigantic. The service was friendly but my companion's drink ran dry even though the cups are huge. All in all in was a good experience. Great place is you want to be overwhelmed with options.
