The first time i stopped was almost my last. I could tell the girl who served me was having a bad day, and I didn't feel welcome at the window at all. I gave it a 2nd chance, and that was slightly better. 3rd time was a charm, though - I had the pleasure of meeting Colvin, who was super-friendly, patient, and helpful. It was one of my best service experiences in Fairbanks! Thank you, Colvin! This month's turkey guacamole wrap is delicious.

Forget-me-not-espresso put the forget in espresso, they did not serve me nor even acknowledge my existence when I pulled up to the drive-through. I said hello many times, and also turned my music up hoping that maybe they would hear me. Was not heard did not receive coffee. Definitely not going back.
