Received the wrong drink three times after explaining what the difference between an ice rage and HOT COFFEE was the employee working could not get things correct and somehow managed to mess up a hot chocolate as well. Please train your employees better and if it is their first day please have a second employee there to help

I've been going to this place for years because they have the best smoothies in town. Last week I got the wrong drink, and kindly told the lady working there, and she remade it. I told her I was sorry for the confusion. Today I went back and the lady started yelling at me, saying I had been very mean and rude. I am not a mean person and go out of my way to be nice, so I was really shocked. I felt like I had been scolded for something I hadn't done. When I tried talking to the lady, she shut the window in my face! I was pretty upset. I don't think I'll be going back after that :/

Got the Turkey egg cheese English muffin w pesto sauce. Also got a side of hot sauce. Quite tasty. The coffee was also good. First time I have been to a coffee hut. I will be back.

If you're in Fairbanks, this is by far the best coffee and quick breakfast place. We tried several others and between the service and the quality, nothing beats Forget Me Not Espresso. I promise you will like it.
