French Dip is the best I've ever had. Onion rings are great as well. Going to be trying a salad here for the first time today (Caesar salad w/chicken).

Took over an hour to get our food. My daughter got her food 15 minutes before us. I got my food and my husband got part of his food but not the fries. They asked my husband how the food was minus the fries. Seriously? haha Fries came about 5 minutes later. Left my Leftovers (half my plate) in a box sitting there at the counter, got to the car, turned around to get my food. It was already thrown in the garbage within a one minute period. Great food, poor service.

Not much in the way of atmosphere, but the food is great and the staff is excellent. Signage is not great - if your having trouble finding it, it's on the backside of the Verizon store in front of the Lowe's. Menu is limited, which is ok - after all it's a hoagie shop - but it's legitimately a little bit more than that. Worth a visit if you're staying at the Hyatt.

Very cool little place serving up delicious sandwiches. Fries could have been crispier before they put the delicious beer cheese sauce on them.
Food ok but very small portions I had to go to onother place to finish eating my lunch, their hoagies are really small and very little meat! And expensive

Food was really good. Loved the HooDoo fries. Our server recommended the PoBoy with sweet heat on the side and we loved it! Small dine-in area, so keep that in mind! Service was good, a bit slow at the end. Took awhile to get our check once we finished eating.
