Taro boba milk tea is my favorite. Not too sweet but perfect. I got my order quick too.

Literally waited forever to order a smoothie and even though we were standing here, they prioritized DoorDash orders. I guess if you are going to get a smoothie here, you have to use DoorDash instead of being a physical customer. Ridiculous.

Mood: Dessert cravings [Fairbanks AK]For a Friday evening around 7:00p all the dessert places we checked in Yelp were closed or were about to close... except for this dessert shop located inside the Shoppers Forum Mall in Fairbanks. It was open for another 30-minutes and closed at 7:30p.I ordered a Mango Shaved Snow. Hubby had an avocado smoothie. The presentation on the shaved snow could be a little better but otherwise it was okay. The mango fruit was served in big pieces and included mango popping boba on one side. The owner was pleasant and service was good. The shop is across a Brazilian jiu-jitsu class. We sat at a nearby table seating while we finished our desserts.The mall that the shop is located in is worse than Sunrise Mall in Citrus Heights (Sacto locals know what I'm talking about).Review #3143

Great smoothies and usually good customer service, however I came in to get two smoothies today and was ignored for about 5 minutes while the other employees had a full on conversation right in front of the counter glancing at me. Finally when a person came up to help they were nice and helpful but the other employees continued their conversation loudly cursing about who knows. Extremely disappointed since I’ve been coming here a lot and all of a sudden they treat their customers like garbage. Do better.
We got there right when they opened. The milkshakes were okay but those of us that had the milkshakes left with our stomachs hurting and sick after. I wanted to really like this place but when it came down to finding a spot to sit as we wanted to sit and chat literally every single table was covered in nastiness. It looked as though they haven’t been cleaned in a while honestly. The staff did come out to wipe down one of the tables after I asked but it definitely wasn’t fully clean. The floor also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever.

My go-to place for boba tea and other sweet treats! In my opinion, the milk teas are far better than the ones at Sweet Monster, and I haven't looked back since I discovered them! Definitely an underrated spot with quick service, great taste, and punch cards!
