A buddy and I visited a friend in Fairbanks and hit up HooDoo Brewing. After grabing a beer, we made our way outside to see what food the gentlemen outside were offering. We ended up ordering the reindeer dog, Golddigger burger and jerked pork tacos. The food was AMAZING! I am a big burger nut and this was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Made props to the chef. All the food had a ton of flavor and were cooked to perfection. The chef and his right hand man were very friendly and on their game. This was the best meal I had while visiting Fairbanks. If you're in the Fairbanks area, you've got to give them a try.

I have to say that these gentlemen Have some great food and the customer service is really above par. I enjoy their chickens dishes. They have breaded French fries and the smell when pulling up reminds me of a moth to a flame!

The food was excellent especially the fries. Definitely a place worth ordering from. I enjoyed the availability of local meats and the prices were reasonable.

The burger patty is disgusting (blue burger) everything else about it was good, blue cheese, blueberry pepper jam, bacon & jalapeño it’s a nice idea but I had to throw away that patty. Maybe other items on the menu are good but that’s the last burger I order from this place
