The food here is great, but the drive thru takes forever. It just took over 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and there were only 2 cars in front of me.

Love their Yummy bread and healthy salads. I do appreciate being able to sample some of their bread too. Makes it easy or difficult to decide which to buy, but either way you can't lose.

I’m disappointed. This place used to be so good and now it’s just overpriced with poor quality. I just paid $18 before tip for a BLTA and a fountain drink. I’m 100% certain they either used miracle whip or rotten mayonnaise, there was barely a single layer of bacon, and the bacon that was there was so burnt it turned to dust in my mouth. Every bite was just sad. If I could package up depression and sell it, it would be this blta. The bread is still good tho.

It’s always absolutely delicious and cookies are amazing, the staff is very friendly and they get food out in a timely matter. Overall great place for the family.

Arrived at 5:35, closing time at 6p. Plenty of time for quick cup of soup. When soup arrived, which comes with bread, there was no bread. I asked about it and waitress said “oh, did you want that?” Then took a bite of soup which was room-temperature—As was my friends; different soup. When she came back with bread, I mentioned the cold soup and she said “It’s the end of the day!” I had to ask for it to be heated. When it came back it was only slightly warmer. The whole time we were there the staff was busy closing up—staking chairs on tables, locked main door, we had to exit (before 6p) through maze of chair stacked tables out side door. Great Harvest Bread Company, is this the experience you want for your guest? Experience like this makes me want to withhold tip until I see the service I will get.

I hate to leave a bad review, because i love this place! Reminds me of something similar back home. We waited over 40 minutes for a salad and sandwich with soup. Most of the workers were very sweet!! But the lack of urgency was frustrating. Those making food seemed very irritated there were so many people waiting on orders. I overheard multiple people asking where their food was. Busy day im sure! Things happen, but this was super disappointing.
It's a nice, cozy place to sit down and enjoy all kinds of treats, sandwiches, snacks, and breads! It is a great place to get a bite for a reasonable price

10/10 Best breakfast stop in town! The samples really sell you on the quality and flavor of all the items and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! This was the perfect way to end our trip in Fairbanks! We will definitely be back.

Got the BLTA, no avacado, usually no issues though. Couldn't find a regular BLT price listed online, ordered in store too. Pricey food to miss a piece of a sandwich.

Awful service every time. It’s disappointing. The food is not good enough to wait the amount of time I had to. Placed order for pick up at 11:15 at 10:30. Finally got my order just now. I had somewhere to be at 11:30. Never ordering again
