Phenomenal service from the ladies here. Best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had from local shops. And their lotus was perfect. Just the right amount of flavor. I see myself making a ritual of stopping here every morning. Keep up the good work!

The sandwich was good, but not what I ordered. Moka was mediocre. Service was less than enthusiastic. $16 for a sandwich & a moka before tip. Did not say thank you for the tip, or you welcome when I thanked her for the food. Call me old fashioned, but all that just rubbed me the wrong way.

Staff was very nice, food was great and it came out fast, however all I got was a large chai and a breakfast burrito (which was admittedly large) and before tip it came out to $19. That is way too much in my book, and I will not be returning.
