Hari Om Cuisine Of India

Hari Om is the only authentic restaurant in Fairbanks. The food is delicious and all dishes are of good portion. Good choice of vegetarian options and even good chaat items. The owner & head chef, Amit is a passionate chef who personally takes charge of the kitchen. The hostess, Alina is upbeat and has good knowledge of Indian cuisine. Highly recommend this restaurant in Fairbanks.

Really phenomenal food and enough for leftovers! I got the garlilc naan and lamb tikka marsala. Out of the 20+ places I've tried in Fairbanks so far, this was truly one of the only 5 star meals I've had.

We eat indian food all the time from all over , thisnwas one of the best tasting food and experience overall... they went over above to accommodate our request..

One of the best Indian food we have had in the US. Never knew that we would find authentic North Indian cuisine here in Alaska. Paneer Pasanda was just right. Sorry to hear about the owner’s father’s loss. It shows owner has served food from the heart. It was a pleasure meeting the staff as well.

Good vegetarian options. Tasty food

We were happy to see an Indian restaurant in Fairbanks. On placing our order we asked what were the curries in the veg thali to be told by Teja that what ever the chef has cooked will be supplied, we insisted she asks the chef which she eventually did , this was only to prevent paneer as one of us can’t eat that. The food was mild and when mentioned the explanation was whatever the spice level the chef had cooked will be supplied. Reasonably good food let down by bad training for the staff. Will not recommend!

Got the veg and non-veg thali and both were extremely delicious. Authentic taste and a really fun atmosphere. Probably the best Indian food in Alaska and would highly recommend.

After a few days of traveling through Alaska in June, when we got to Fairbanks, we wanted some Indian food. We didn't have high expectations going in. The place was very colorful with lot of Indian artifact and murals. All the food we ordered like Chicken biryani, butter chicken, fresh rotis like home was great but the best was Laal Maas Goat Curry and Laal Maas Lamb Curry. The Naan was more like frozen heated up ones but no complaints about any of the food! However, with the heat wave they were having, the place was super-hot, the tiny AC unit was not cooling enough, they tried opening the doors and fan at some tables. We were in the back where it was more smoldering, and no fan and the spicy hot Indian food made it very uncomfortable. So, we ate, paid and dashed out of there!
