A restaurant to have a great meal with friends! A lot of history hanging om the walls!
The chicken fried steak is super good!! Servers are great, kept our coffee cups full of good coffee too. Good selection of beer and good menu! It's worth a little drive out there if you're not in the area. Take a scenic route on the way there and you'll have a lot to talk about at the table, too! That area is historic for gold mining. Lots of wildlife (including the people) to see out there! Lots of friendly folks around the area to make friends with.
Parking: Gluten free parking! I've never felt so good about the parking situation at any place in this small world that I've been to!

An out of the way rustic place with lots of things to look at on the walls and ceilings. The food was good and the servers were friendly. The salad had lots of fresh vegetables in it. We were just visiting the area so it was fun to be in a place the locals go to, instead of a chain restaurant. I loved their slogan - Gluten Free Parking - very clever and timely!

One of my favorite places in Fairbanks. The staff is always super friendly and the food is outstanding. They are very accommodating to dietary needs as well.
Ate here while in town on business. Our entire dining experience took over 2 hours for a few people to get some fried food, burgers, and a couple beers. The servers were perfectly nice, but it took 30 minutes to even take our food order, then over an hour to get our food. The food was fine but with a 15 minute drive to and from this place it was a 2 hour 45 minute dinning experience.
