Love this cute bakery! My daughter got a cupcake and decorated it HERSELF! 😍 They offer 3 spinning plates FULL of sprinkle choices. 😁😁 (the little kid in me was shining). We were able to pick our frosting flavors too. -cupcakes didn't last long so no pictures. I got the GINORMOUS sourdough maple bacon cinnamon roll to share with my son. 🤤 my lighting sucks- But this thing is MASSIVE and soooo delicious!! Absolutely give Jo's oven a try! You won't regret it, they have a bottomless coffee and tea station, bags of bagels for sale at the register. Vinyl stickers for sale, a bakers play set for smaller kids. Plenty of seating & Great music! I cant wait to try more from them.

Sourdough cupcakes are the best and so many varieties to choose from! Jo even did a special order for my grooming salon anniversary with puppy faces on cupcakes. All my clients loved them! The savory options at the bakery are also all so yummy. Wonderful to stop in for breakfast or lunch. Staff is always happy to be there and happy to serve up deliciousness.

Best breakfast in Fbx! Can't live without the Blueberry cream cheese rolls! The banana bread cinnamon rolls or cream cheese rolls are heaven. Best pretzel dipped in the made from scratch amazing cheese sauce...yeah that's the stuff. I could keep going. Love this place.

Came in and tried the Sourdough Biscuit & Gravy roll. It was delicious. On Friday they offer a Sourdough Pretzel too. Very friendly service and Great Food. Definitely worth checking out.

I discovered Jo's Oven back when she was in a cute lil trailer, and fell in love with her sourdough and GF cupcakes.
Since then, she's opened her own storefront and I've tried her more expanded menu. I love sourdough everything, essentially, and she's doing it all! From her loaves, cupcakes etc... She has yet to disappoint!
10/10 recommend, especially if you're all about supporting local small businesses.

The cupcakes, pretzels, and cinnamon rolls are so delicious. The cupcakes aren't super sweet which is so nice. The pretzels and cinnamon rolls are huge as well. If you like sourdough treats then this is the place to go.
