Not only do you dine in a cozy environment, but the food must hits your soul! Highly recommend you check out their exclusive dinners for Solstice, etc. They've been amazing!Parking: Limited parking in front, but you can find lots of parking nearby.Dietary restrictions: They accommodate all kinds of dietary issues, such as vegan, vegetarian, dairy issues, etc.

This is by far the best food in the Fairbanks area. Delicious, high quality, and beautifully prepared.

By far the best food I've ever had in the entire Fairbanks borough. Amazingly delicious and unique dishes, presented beautifully by incredible nice people.

I went here with the expectation that it was a wellness company, as their signs around the store all say "wellness co" and that seems to be how they've primarily marketed themselves. It is a cafe. With few "wellness" products. Nothing had prices except the terrible art. It was also very loud. I feel like they smashed three ideas together and just hoped for the best. But I went up to the cafe and the employee that was at the counter called someone else up because she was talking to a friend. So on top of the loud music, there was a loud conversation happening in a confined space and this other employee was trying to explain these "elixirs" and their paleo food. I felt very overwhelmed. I felt like I should at least try something, because what if they're really good.I ordered one of their "curious elixirs" (i.e. mocktails) to go. $7 for maybe 6 oz of juice and nasturtium flowers in an open container. There were sprigs of herbs in there and flowers, it felt very unnecessary and tasted like liquified spruce bark. Overall, it was a pretty lackluster experience and they need to fix their messaging.

Stopped by for the first time and got some crazy delicious rose petal lemonade. Excited to come back and try the food. Friendly staff and super cool space!

I'm so glad my sib made us stop here. I am not a local to the AK area so whilst driving around Fairbanks I saw the sign for this place and had no idea it was a restaurant, I just thought it was a weird shop with a weird name! Anyway, my sib said they have amazing gluten free options and should have some plant based ones too and they were not wrong. My mom and I totally looked like tourists while trying to figure out what we wanted on the daily menu - so many options! All of them virtually gf and df. We opted for a mushroom greens bowl with grains and a chimichurri mushroom option too with turmeric chai gf donuts (so moist!). I did end up going back for some fresh and cold herbal tea in one of their mugs I had just purchased and I loved it and am still loving the high quality insulated mug back home. I don't know what seasoning was on those mushrooms but dang, they were good. The cashew pesto was absolutely amazing, so creamy and delicious. This was the only place I saw have sustainable packaging and waste - for a city who doesn't recycle, it healed my soul a little to see. The owner was working while we were ordering and there was a sequence of two other employees helping us out, all super nice! I also tried her mushroom jerky and really loved it. Everything was so fresh and local - the best place we ate at while in town.

I'm visiting from Southern California and I admit we are spoiled. If you're not a good restaurant in SoCal, you will fail fast because you can't make the rent so only the tasty really survive. I rarely write restaurant reviews because I'm married to a professional chef and the measuring stick may seem unfair...but Holy cow! This place is shockingly good! REALLY GOOD. It's truly a hidden gem. The gal inside the kitchen is a genius. I can only describe my dish as a carefully and thoughtfully curated dish. I ordered the Friday special and added chicken. Sweet potatoes, brown rice, fresh vegetables with the basil topping. The flavors are light but deep ( how is this possible?!) I even tried their chocolate cinnamon vanilla truffle. Yum!! They have outdoor seating which is a nice option. It's located in a small block of "converted homes to businesses" and kind of hard to find so pay attention on your map, I missed the driveway the first time. The restaurant is cute and they have artwork hanging on the walls for purchase and it just adds to the charm. If I was staying longer I'd come back and try everything.

With a healthy, bright atmosphere, personable service and delicious, well portioned food, this restaurant is an example of what we should see more of in Fairbanks.

I can’t say enough about how much I love Just The Tips! Tonight was my first “dine-in” experience, and it was AMAZING. I had my fave Midnight in Marrakech, but started with a DELIGHTFUL appetizer of crispy goat cheese with pistachio, balsamic, and prosciutto on greens. It was OUTSTANDING and by far the best thing I’ve eaten there - and I’ve had some super terrific eats there over the past few months. I love how they are constantly coming up with new and exciting dishes to offer and they keep the daily menu small to concentrate on perfection in every dish.

I Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mrs Susan Ryan, she's genuine kindness and bluntness at times when I needed to face reality are what made me progress. I invested $5000 and got $46,700 in a week. I only wish I had known about you earlier from the first moment I decided to trade. Nevertheless, I am grateful!
