We visited KC’s Kitchen while in Fairbanks, AK and had a good experience overall. The restaurant is simple but spacious, and it got pretty busy by the time we left. We also noticed a lot of pickup orders, which shows how popular it is.
The food was solid with a few standouts. The fried chicken wings were hot and crispy, and the ranch tasted homemade and was really good. The beef bulgogi and short ribs both came out sizzling and were very flavorful. The chicken katsu was crispy with good flavor. The orange chicken was good but pretty standard.
One of my favorite dishes was the japchae. It was my first time trying it and I really enjoyed the glass noodles and fresh vegetables.
Overall, solid comfort food with some great dishes. We would come back if we’re in Fairbanks again.

Beef bulgogi and bibimbap tasted good. Sad that we didn't get any side dishes, especially kimchi, it felt incomplete eating korean foods without it.

Fabulous pho! Very rich and flavorful- and lots of it! Service was ok, nothing spectacular and although the dining room was clean it's kind of dumpy and dated. Took a little longer than I would have thought to get our food, there were 2 of us and we both got chicken pho which took about 30 mins. There were 3 other tables there, 7 people eating altogether, including us...but the pho was so delicious it made up for the wait. I'll go back for that!

Very friendly service. Had the pho and the bulgolgi. Super solid food. Maybe a little bit expensive, but hit the spot all the same. Enjoyed that the bulgolgi came out on a hot plate.

I eat a lot of Asian food. Just discovered KC’s Kitchen - This place is fantastic! The quality of the food is excellent and fresh, and service is just as good. If you’re a meat-eater, try the Beef Bulgogi.

You wouldn’t expect Fairbanks to have good Korean food, but KCs Kitchen is fantastic. Anyone who says they don’t like the food here simply does not like Korean food, because the food is authentic and delicious. The spicy pork was flavorful and delicious, the cucumber kimchi was one of the best I’ve had, and the cabbage kimchi was good but did taste a little off. This is definitely one of the top five restaurants in Fairbanks!
The price is a little high, but I guess that’s just the price of living in Alaska.

Great pot stickers. The young lady that waited on us was great. She’s just starting out, but will catch on fast. Thank you!!!

Ordered Spicy Pork Bulgogi and two Kimchi jijae. Spicy pork bulgogi was delicious and rice came with it.
1. But the Kimchi jijae was too sweet.
2. No rice was provided for the both Kimchi jijae.
3. Also, I and my friend split the bill and gave gold amex to pay for my portion of the meal. The waitress charged both to my friend’s card. Yes, i should have checked it, before I left the tip. However, it must have been nice to let me know that they don’t take amex, so I can give my other card.
I might revisit the place, but would not order Kimchi jijjae.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in town! We are new to town and we come from an area that has an abundance of korean restaurants. K. C's kitchen was a flavor of home! Absolutely must get the short ribs! We got both the short ribs and bulgogi both were delicious! Definitely did not let us down!

I always get the beef pho when I come here. It’s a cute restaurant. Their menu is quite interesting, with Korean and American food options.

I love Korean food. I've gone to every place in town and this is by far the best in town. From the incredibly fresh kimichi cabbage and cucumber, to the bulgogi and even there general tso's chicken. You will not regret going here!

We visited KC’s and ordered the japchae and beef bulgogi—it was so good that we returned a few days later to try more dishes. On our second visit, we had General Tso’s chicken, ramen with egg, and crab rangoons. Every dish we tried was excellent. If you’re in the area, this is a great place for a meal!
There’s plenty of parking, and the dining area offers ample seating.
