My boyfriend and I had a pretty stressful Christmas Eve. We live in Goldstream, had no running water and needed to get an airbnb in town while that got fixed. We visited KC’s Kitchen while in Fairbanks, AK and had a good experience overall. The restaurant is simple but spacious, and it got pretty busy by the time we left. We also noticed a lot of pickup orders, which shows how popular it is.

Fabulous pho! Very rich and flavorful- and lots of it! Service was ok, nothing spectacular and although the dining room was clean it's kind of dumpy and dated. Took a little longer than I would have thought to get our food, there were 2 of us and we both got chicken pho which took about 30 mins. There were 3 other tables there, 7 people eating altogether, including us...but the pho was so delicious it made up for the wait. I'll go back for that!
