We almost didn't go here due to the bad reviews. I'm very disappointed in the reviews. Definitely not disappointed with KFC at Fairbanks. Walking in the door we got a friendly greeting from the very nice lady taking our order. The kitchen looked clean. The dining room was very clean. Bathrooms were impeccably clean. The food was exactly the food you would expect with KFC. Very happy we stopped in.

We were so bummed, the chicken nuggets were way overcooked and had so much seasoning I was coughing. My wedges were rock hard, I couldn't even chew them. My son said his chicken sandwich was okay, but his nuggets were just like mine. We spent $27 and the only thing we could actually eat was my son's chicken sandwich. How sad is that?

The chicken was subpar compared to other KFCs we have been to. They were also out of biscuits, but the employees gave us the little bite size apple pastries as a substitute, and we we ok with that.

Went to KFC today thinking I was going to eat here and then I saw almost all the employees handling food with their bare hands and 1 employee even spit on the floor multiple times trying to prove that he didn’t care. I asked them why are they preparing the food without any gloves on and they got super defensive telling me to leave their store even getting all up in my face. Major health code violation, super unsanitary, unprofessional, and rude. Won’t ever be eating here. To the kid that got in my face your lucky I wont be pressing any charges.

Even by the Fairbanks standard, this place is just wretched. Probably only still open because of that one person that keeps buying the $72.00 bucket of chicken🤑. I give it a year before this dump is shut down. -15 stars

Food was nasty & barely edible. We ordered four different combos & a chicken sandwich for take out and they messed up every item. Combos were missing sauces, biscuits, gravy, & pie poppers and the sandwich was not the one we ordered. On top of that all the chicken was dried out & the bun for the sandwich was hard & stale.
