If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Very fast service and amazing Thai food!! It was absolutely packed here around dinner time (a testament to how good the food is, no doubt!), but we only had to wait a few minutes for a table. We ordered the sweet chili calamari, mee grob, pad see ew, pad thai, green curry, and some seafood. All of it came out piping hot and the portions were huge. Also got the raspberry torte and, while not Thai, it was delectable!

It's one of the best thai restaurants in this city. Definitely more optipns for Vegetarian. All the dishes we tried were awesome, I was there for lunch for almost 2 consecutive days. The eggplant was not dry enough for the starter. Feel more sause, and it tastes bland. Other than that, everything is good.Vegetarian options: More choices.. they pretty much do vegetarian in all varietiy of flavors

The Khao Soi is to die for, as is the rest of the food … but it doesn’t make up for the fact that we have gone to Lemongrass at least three times now and the service is not consistent and kind of terrible. There is always at least one problem when we dine in. First time, they had substituted our meals without running it by us. Last two times, they had been rude and made us feel like our meals had been last priority despite us being at the table longer than other customers, and despite it being a “first come, first serve” basis, as told by one of the waitresses. If I’m being honest, we won’t be eating there for awhile unless we are sure these issues have been improved upon.

By far the best Thai food in Fairbanks! The curry is amazing and the wait staff are always so calm and kind even when they are up to their eyeballs in orders!

Excellent food! The wait staff even allowed us to stay and eat during their closed lunch hours. Me and my friend both got medium spiced food but hers was spicier than mine. Still very delish food. Well worth

I recently dined here while on my trip to Fairbanks Alaska and had a delightful experience. I ordered the Yellow Curry and Pad Thai, both of which were delicious, earning a solid 4/5 stars from me. The flavors were authentic and left me craving for more. The Raspberry Chocolate Torte was an absolute standout, deserving a perfect 5/5 stars; it was simply divine. The service was commendable, and the ambience added to the overall enjoyment, warranting a 4/5 star rating. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine with a delightful dessert selection.

Lemongrass is one of our favorite restaurants in Fairbanks. It has a casual, comfortable atmosphere, but refined enough to be something special. The interior has plenty of light, the staff is friendly, authentic and competent with good, fast service. The food is delicious, with a good selection of dishes and great presentation. I was going to rate this a 4 star place at first, but then I thought the food is great, the prices are reasonable, wait times are quick and infrequent and the staff are very good, so really, the restaurant has no flaws or weaknesses. So why not a 5? Especially with the food being so good. No wonder it's a Fairbanks favorite!

We got there around 8 and ordered 4 dishes. When we placed the order we checked with the waitress if that would be enough for 4 of us. The amount of each dish was very small. One seafood dish only had 1 scallop, 1 shrimp and some vegetables and they were wrapped in aluminum foil. The foil looked big but it had a 3 inch bottom. At 8:40 we asked to order more dishes and were told the kitchen was closed. 20 mins before their close time no food could be ordered.
