LuLu's Bread and Bagels

The food is alright, the coffee is okay, and the tables are nearly always dirty. The only thing I love about Lulu’s is the quiche. Otherwise it’s way overhyped in this town.

Excellent food! I ordered the lox, and it tasted fantastic. It would be even better if there were a visible pricing board upfront, so customers don’t have to scan a QR code to check the prices.

I ordered an onion bagel with egg, sausage, and cheese, as well as a bacon blue cheese quiche and two eggnogs. The eggnog and quiche were both good, though a bit pricey (prices were not listed, you found out how much everything was after you ordered). Unfortunately, the bagel was very disappointing.
Given that the place is called Lulu's Bread and Bagels, I expected the bagel to be the highlight, but that wasn't the case. The first one I received was burnt. When I brought it to the counter, the employee initially dismissed my concern, but another staff member kindly offered to remake it. However, the replacement was even more overdone than the first.
I ended up eating part of it, but the flavor was overly salty and unpleasant. It's been hours since my visit, and I still can't get rid of the aftertaste. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and won't be returning.

I love Lulu's, and have for many years. Went in today for the first time in a bit and saw they've removed prices. I am trying to figure how to let them know this is unacceptable. It's ok to change prices and i know it's hard on their boards. But we need the prices without having to ask the cashier. Laminated price list near the register or QR code, at least? I told her my concern, but she is just a kid working the counter and didn't know what to do with me. Please fix this.

The sandwich was awesome. I did ask for no onions and they still put them on there.

Very busy all the time with all kinds of people. Most of baking stuff tastes great! Depends on who is at the cashier, their service is hit or miss. I recommend their Chocolate croissant, scones(flavor varies), hummus sandwich and honey nut spread. Pecan pie bar is too sweet so do not recommend. Whole wheat sourdough was a little harder than I expected. They sometimes mess up the order so safe to double check with them when you receive it.

A Fairbanks hidden gem. Great coffee and great bagels. I got the lox and bagel sandwich. They are generous with their portion of lox. You're not going to be disappointed. I also ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel which was a little low on flavor for my taste buds. The place is super clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The morning servers are super nice and go over the top to make your morning start right. They'll be seeing me again soon.

One of my favorite cafes in town. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere. My favorites include the salmon onion and dill quiche, the salted chocolate cake, and the carrot cake.
