Out of at least the last 7 times I’ve dined in with my two kids, they’ve never brought out a complete order to us. It’s always missing a drink, missing a fry, missing ketchup, etc. never been able to just dig in and enjoy because i always have to stand around up front until someone pops out of hiding in the back to bring out what they missed the first time . Tables are often dirty too. I think if Corporate saw what was going on here they’d cancel this franchise.

The most incompetent people work here at the drive thru after hours. Avoid this drive thru when this McDonald's closes. And the drive thru opens.

Bad experience waited 30 mins for my food and they never brought it to my table. It was cold and they wouldn’t remake it because they said they called it out. my table number on the receipt and a manager Josephine wouldn’t do anything about it. Not to mention there is no teamwork and it is clear that the managers do not communicate with their employees and instead yells at them which I witnessed in my visit.

25 minutes just to get to the speaker in drive thru. Was asked to wait in reserved spot for order. Came out and asked me if I ordered a 20 piece which I didn’t, then asked if I ordered McDonald’s… went inside to find out that it was my order once they realized their mistake they were very quick to remake the order fresh within just a few minutes, but… come home and eat to find a piece of paper in one of my mchickens, nasty brown wilted lettuce on two mchickens and two Big Macs with buns so stale you could play the drums on them, only decent item ordered was fries. if you hire people to work a customer service position, they need to be able to communicate clearly, this establishment has no structure or sign of teamwork present, will not be eating here again

Why is everyone complaining, it's literally the Northern most McDonald's in the world? It's a luxury to have a big mac up here instead of eating Caribou.
