Mein Diner Food Truck

We’ve tried the kasespatzle, schnitzel sandwich, pretzel and maultaschen and loved them all! The servings are large enough for leftovers (at least 1-3 more meals). The spatzle and schnitzel keep better than the maultaschen, which is basically large raviolis in a broth (which is how I chose to get it - you can also do Bleu cheese 🤮)

Stopped by Mein Diner as we were driving past. The food was delicious, the portions were more than adequate, service was second to none. Definitely worth a stop if you are looking for something different near Fairbanks!

Amazing food....just waiting for us on our return from Chena Springs to Fairbanks. Conrad crushed it on all fronts...so much food and delicious!!

At first glance, the prices seem fair for German food. However, once you receive your orders, you’ll think you ordered double portions and there was some billing error. The owner/operator is extremely nice and the food is ready as fast as you’d want food that’s actually cooked to be ready. I’ve had most of the things on the menu and couldn’t really recommend anything, as it’s all delicious! Lastly, the owner said he was prepping to cater a small wedding, so if you’re in the market for a group, definitely reach out!

We stopped at Mein Diner with our family who is visiting from out of state, after a day of fishing, after we saw the mobile restaurant was stationed at its own spot. Having eaten there before myself at HooDoo I knew the food was good. We had the Schnitzel Sandwich, Wieners with sauerkraut, and the Käze Spätze. So much good food and the service was amazing! I am originally from The Netherlands and grew up near the German border and eating German food at our German friend’s home down the street. This brought back memories. Thank you for the pretzels, we definitely enjoyed those as well as soon as we got home and we got enough left for lunch tomorrow. Konrad, you are a gem to the community. Thank you for sharing your culture with us through your amazing food, Konrad! 🥰🇳🇱🇩🇪🇺🇸
