Mom's Kitchen has catered for more than one company party of ours - we love them! The food is delicious, amazing portion sizes, and super nice customer service. Best late-night take out in Fairbanks!
If you want food to go and don't want to pay a $6 cover charge to the bar. You have to go through the side door. This takes you to the back of the kitchen. I've seen many kitchens. Some clean some not so clean.This was right in the middle. But dirty kitchens is where some of the best food comes from. Food was very good.I just wish I didn't see where it came from.

The waiter was a shy but fun young man - I think he was probably Mom's son. Mom came out and brought us our food, but didn't speak much English and very cutely 'figured out' who's food belonged to which person. It was adorable...
