Best sushi and Japanese restaurant in town. I’ve had many of their special rolls, bibimbop, donburi, Katzu chicken, and ramen. You know it will be good when a simple miso soup is to die for. Never disappoints! This our new favorite spot.
The food was decent for our group of six, but the server seemed to have some trouble understanding our order, leading to a few mix-ups. We ordered the large boat, and the food was absolutely fantastic. The edamame was perfectly salted, and the desserts, fried Oreos, were on the house—a nice touch.

With six kids finding a restaurant that is comfortable and spacious can be an issue. Thankfully ninja sushi’s atmosphere is perfect for my sushi, loving children. I would put their sushi up against any others in Fairbanks. The kids love going there and always request their birthday dinners to be at Ninja Sushi!
