From main road it just looks like warehouse, but inside compound is a great entrance into a wonderful coffee shop and roaster. Very large menu for dozens of custom coffee flavors. Folks inside can create just about any flavor you want, on the spot. Fantastic customer service.Product can be found at almost every grocery store in Fairbanks and North Pole. Worthy of a try. Many decaf flavors too.

North Pole Coffee Roasting is a wonderful local company and I really enjoy their products. My personal favorite is St. Nickerdoodle. The other flavors are solid too and it is really nice to have a local roaster. The company also supports many organizations in our community. Have been enjoying everything North Pole Coffee Roasting for well over 8 years. Wonderful Staff in main location. 2020 had me respecting my oldest daughters wish "NOT to send her Christmas gifts" by going in and to main location and picking out several; okay a LOT of different blends to send to her work - stationed in CA in the Navy.My husband and I had a great time going and selecting from a wide range of roasts and even "flavors".They even packed it up nicely and shipped them all.All the sailors loved all the blends!
These reviews are always corny, but I'll put it like this. I moved to Denver from Alaska, and I pay them to ship me my coffee. Think about that and you'll understand. St. Nickerdoodle is amazing, we love their coffee and everyone is always friendly. Keep on roastin!

poor espresso at the airport. Even after adding a third shot to my 12 ounce breve still tastes like a cup of mostly milk. disappointing for a $6 coffee. better training for baristas please.

I discovered this company and their most excellent coffee when I was at University of Alaska Fairbanks '98-'04. The Black Gold is my go to for coffee anytime, anywhere. Very friendly service, they'll ship any way you want.

They were still taking the covers off the machines when I arrived at the airport. Well, not "they". One person, hustling. Getting coffee started, turning on lights. Then the line formed before they were even open. I've never seen one person work so fast and efficiently. Friendly the whole time. About 20 minutes into it another person showed up to work. Thank goodness, because I really wanted a latte but no way was I going to order anything other than a cup of coffee and a muffin with all those folks in line. Got my latte and it was outstanding. Everyone moved through fast with a smile.
