It has been months since I moved to Alaska. Since the first time I experienced the service here to the point where Haidee took the front charge, a lot has changed.

I understand working in food industry gets very hectic and chaotic. I used to be a manager for local chinese restaurant back in Los Angeles and I know sometimes shit happens. But Haidee stays humble, focus, sharp, and calm regardless the situation.
The manager also took care of the entire store, juggling between one spot to another in succesion. I have not seen the spicy lady as often now but Haidee and Carla have been taking care everything with sincerity. Customer service is at peak now with Haidee being in charge at the frontline. They should keep it that way.

Food wise, always amazing! Ive had Panda express since forever and never feel tired of it.
There was one instance where they mistakenly put Beef Broccoli instead of Beijing Beef during Drive Thru pick up that I did several weeks ago, but I wouldnt mind it. Something new to try for me.

Overall, i'd bump the score to 8.5 out of 10. Great service and food!

The food is ALWAYS fresh, the staff is always so nice & attentive! We placed a mobile order tonight that wasn’t quite ready yet, the staff communicated with us and rushed to get it ready!! One of the best locations I’ve been to!! Love love love your team!

I've found that it is better to order online and then pick it up. They have one frontline employee that is very unpleasant but I haven't seen her the last few times I've been in there. My favorite dish is the sesame chicken with fried rice. My husband likes the black pepper steak and teriyaki chicken with fried rice.

They are really short staffed and chaotic. They locked the lobby door and forced everyone to go through drive through. There were only 5 cars in front of us but it we’ve waited for over an hour to get to our term. The cashier lady has gotten about what we’ve ordered and made was to write down what we’ve ordered. And every time we tried to talk to her, she shut her window on us. She then prioritized taking more orders and putting more people in the line instead of clearing the backlog! She needs to have proper training and communication.

Got my usual medium orange chicken alacarte and it was good. Drive thru wasn't crowded so I got my order quick. I was just surprised the price was the same as my Ohio as I find Alaska prices to be higher as expected. I thought I'd be paying a couple dollars more.

I don’t write reviews. I’m a live and let live type person. Everyone has a bad day now and then. I ordered food 1/2 an hour early. When I arrives an employee told me they were working on my order. 25 minutes later another employee asked if I had been helped. She finished my order. I noticed while I was waiting pick up orders for door dash and Uber eats show on the board and get filled promptly. I expect that when orders get filled it is on a first come basis. If I had know it would take so long I would have just walked in and ordered at the counter. Nine or ten in store customers ordered and got their food before I got mine. I am not complaining about the staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. I believe something needs to be done to ensure customers are served on a timely basis. During my wait I got the feeling that the dasher get priority and that somehow my pre-paid money isn’t worth as much. After a long day at work I wanted to walk in, pick up food and go home. Good was great. Service mad me grumpy and I don’t like being grumpy. Grumpy rubs off on every one around.

I’ve had the displeasure of ordering through door dash with this location and every single time they mess it up. My order is simple a bigger plate with white rice with honey walnut shrimp, 2 sweet and sour sauce and 2 hot mustard. Every single time they mess it up in some way shape or form. It’s a real shame that they don’t give a damn about their customers and it’s a shame that people in the community don’t really have a whole lot of options. If there were more options than this store would have closed. I don’t think I want the displeasure of ordering from here in person. Whoever is in charge there get your crew’s act together
