very bad service! I ordered food online as a pick up and the app said it was ready. When I arrived and asked if the food was ready, the employees were very rude and short. I proceeded to wait half an hour and finally got my food. Why would they say my food was ready when it wasn't? I asked once while I was waiting when it was going to be ready and was met again with a very rude. It will be ready when it's ready. Never coming back again.
Just to start the white lady at the front was extremely rude. I walked up to tell her I was there to pick up my order and she said for who after I told her the name. She turned around and rolled her eyes but I saw her. She was also rude to anyone who walked in. And the whole restaurant was gross. I’m not sure how they are still open.

This restaurant is by far the filthiest restaurant in Fairbanks. Health code violations left and right. I watched them thaw chicken in a bowl of water, right below a pair of dripping gloves and chemicals on the shelf above. Absolutely disgusting. The food smells and looks horrible as well. It is a wonder they are still open. Fairbanks really deserves better cleanliness in the restaurant establishments around here, but this one, should be shut down. The white lady is rude and bitter for absolutely no reason, people are spending their hard earned money on crappy service & disgusting food. Absolutely unacceptable. The health department should do a thorough investigation because Panda Garden is giving people food poisoning all the time.

The roast pork fried rice was a bit dry and could have used more flavor, but it had potential with better seasoning. The lo mein was decent, though it would’ve been even better with more veggies—and I wish they had included utensils.

YUM. their Hot & Sour soup is the best! Pork egg roll on the side makes for a good & light lunch.
finally ordered dinner! excellent. you know how some chinese food places use excess sugar?
not this place. perfectly balanced meal. not too salty or sweet. Super hot when i got it home 15 miles away…and the price(?) unbelievably reasonable.
Thank you

Great food, great sauce. Grubhub was super late. I just wanted to compliment the food even after the delivery nightmare. Thank you panda garden. I will visit again.

This was my first time trying this place. Looks like they don’t have much room for dining in and the table inside is just for people waiting to pick up orders. I placed an order online and picked it up with no hassle. The shrimp fried rice was tasty and their chili oil is nice and spicy. Their prices are awesome! I’ll be back to try more of their menu.

I used to order a bit more when my grand lived here in Fairbanks so we could eat together. I have issues with food so her and I eating together mad it easy for me to eat . But have not been ordering out at all since her and her other half moved. I am a professional cook by trade so I also have a love affair with food just don't have an affinity to eat. I ordered from panda garden yesterday 10/15/24 and got sick specially after got a mouth full of hair on my noodles with chicken and I proceeded to worship my toilet there after it's currently 5:13am 10/16/24and my gut will not stop turning over have spent the night in the ER n just got discharged and am now home but still having vomiting now have to take meds that *I HAVE TO PAY FOR* THE ER BILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR AND THE ENDLESS DRY TOAST ,TEA,AND GINGER ALE.* ALL FOR REAL BAD FOOD THATS NOT CHINEESE !!!! OH YES ADULT PIDIALITE TO BALANCE MY ELECTROLYTE!!.. OH DID I MENTION IM DYING. So getting that sick so violently so fast is not,not on the menu. Thank you!! In a kitchen clothes should always be freshly laundered,HAIR SHOULD BE PULLD BACK AND UNDER A HAIR NET ,FACIAL HAIR IN A COVERING AND MASK SHOULD BE WORN WHILE COOKING NAILS SHOULD BE CUT AND CLEAN BEFORE ETERING A KITCHEN TO TOUCH COOK WEAR AND ESPECIALLY FOOD. AND ABOVE ALL AFTER S.M.O.K.I.N.G. HANDS AND NAILS SHOULD BE SCRUBED WITH ANTIBACTERIAL FOAM SOAP AND DRYED WITH A PAPER TOWL,!!!!!!!! YOU ARE PUTTING THE PUBLICS HEALTH IN YOUR HANDS AND YOU M.U.S.T.VALUE THAT AT ALL COST. SO AS A PROFESSIONAL COOK WE MUST ALWAYS,ALWAYS PUT THOSE WE SERVES HEALTH FIRST. WHST WE LEARNED AS CHILDREN OF CLEANLINESS IS CLOSE TO GODLINESS IS SO TRUE. AND HAS THAT BEEN THE CASE I WOULD NOT BE THIS SICK. I SO BELIVE IN GIVING SECOND CHANCES NUT NOT ON THIS CASE.
This one of my favorite Chinese restaurants out here in Fairbanks, AK.
