Online order. I think the system is broken. It doesn't matter that it takes a while to get pizza delivered. However, it matters that the store will NOT answer the phone during the course of the order. They don't update the online tracker so you can see the driver's location, and even the online chat hangs up on you. Very odd. Never experienced such a thing. I assumed the location was shut down and I placed a duplicate order with dominoes. The same order cost 50% less and arrived in just minutes. Turns out the Papa Johns is still in business, because our order arrived. Now we have lots of pizza 🤣

Philly cheese steak has meat, cheese, onions and peppers. Their Philly pizza has only two of those ingredients. Definitely not Arby’s because they didn’t have the meat. Maybe they thought we were vegan? Who knows. Never going to waste my money with them again. Could have got a better Philly from the corner gas station and spent a lot less money. What a shame!!!

Didn’t know it was possible to take 2 hours to make a pizza. Last time I made a pizza it only took 10 mins. Will never order a pizza from here again. I called the place after an hour and had to sit on hold for someone to pick up the phone. I thought they would pick up the phone faster considering they aren’t making very many pizzas.

Placed a normal online order like I've done many times. After waiting the entire time with no updates on the app I called the store and got put on hold for 10mins. When I finally got through to someone they told me it would be another 25 minutes for the order with no apology. I told them to cancel the order and they just said okay and hung up. When I called back to speak with the manager I spoke with the same person claiming to be the manager and they just said they were canceling my order and hung up without listening at all. Very poor service all around, I have always shopped at papa Johns but will be shopping more local from now on 👎👎👎👎

Ordered online several hours before the delivery time. It's been an hour since the time for delivery, no message no contact. Can't get the tracker. I called the store and was immediately hung up on. I'm out 50 bucks that I'll probably never get back. Do not order from this place

The pizza is not that salty, and I'm really surprised. My husband and I like it. Although, I needed to wait because their driver accidentally took my order, but they are very apologetic, and I appreciate it so much.

Okay. IDK what in the world you are pulling. Due to a pc error the order got set for tomorrow. I cannot drive out to this location right now. But have tried calling to get the order straightened out and no matter what this store is actively hanging up on me! I have not even gotten a chance to say anything before they hang up. Luckily I selected cash, but what is going on? I have called 7 times already and only gotten hung up. what are ya'll pulling? I even selected new order to try to get through, why is this store ignoring phone calls?
Apparently they charge 2 dollars per pepperchini is what the employee said. I really hope the company isn't charging that much per pepper. That just irrated me because I usually get them for free. Hopefully that employee has a better day. I would not of tipped if i knew he would be that sarcastic.
