Went to the pop-up location to due to the fire in the original location. We had the buffalo wings and the riverfront cheddar burger. Deneauh did an exceptional job with the to-go order for us to sit outside. Side note, I can’t say I expected to eat a meal on an outdoor patio in Fairbanks. That was a pleasant surprise. The fries were crispy and solid, but the burger was perfectly cooked and well portioned. The buffalo wings had some slight sweetness to the sauce, almost like they were Nashville wings? Either way they were crispy and delicious. Denaeuh kept a close watch on our order and made sure we didn’t have to wait excessively long.

We arrived late on a bus tour, but the staff did an excellent job taking care of 30 people. We enjoyed our stay in the cabins also.

On our arrival we learned that the restaurant was damaged by a fire, so the hotel that owns the restaurant is operating the restaurant out of the event hall located behind the hotel. We looked at the online menu in advance so wee were ready for a huge selection of food to choose from. After being seated we learned that they are operating with a very limited meal and drink menu. There really is not a whole lot to choose from. The food we received was good along with the service. The atmosphere is absolutely fabulous with a good view of the river.

We didn't have any food. We walked 3/4 of a mile to find out it was closed. Some employees ovisly didn't even know this they kept running us all over the hotel to get there only to find out it was closed due to a fire. They probably could of put that on Facebook or on there sign 🤔 so the tour busses know what's available.
The burger was so dry and overcooked. The only way to eat it was to cover it in ranch dressing, which I had to go to the bar to get because my waiter was absent. When I did find him, we had to ask him to refill our drinks which had been empty for some time. The tables were sticky, as were all the condiments on the table. I was charged extra for ranch dressing which, like I wrote above, I needed to be able to eat the burger. The two girls at the bar were very friendly, I wish we’d have sat at the bar.

Upon showing up we sat down and were told that Miller would be by 3 times to help us. After 25 minutes of waiting and him not showing up, we went into a different spot. We were greeted by Salvador. We were given a small menu that didn't have much seafood on it. Online it shows a totally different menu. Just when we were about to leave Salvador asked why we told him that we were looking for seafood. He told us that they offer seafood its just not on the menu. If he would not have told us about all the other options we would have left. Whoever the manager is should be fired for not promoting what you actually have. Im sure lots of people come and look at the menu and leave. Maybe the manager doesn't like making money.
So after we were told about seafood boil and crab legs that is what we ordered. It was absolutely delish. Only complaint is that they just pour the seasoning all over the food after it's in the bowl. A proper boil is tossed is seasoning so it coats all the food not just one side. So had to ask for extra seasoning.
Salvador was the best server ive had in fairbanks and this place should be happy to have him. Give this man a raise.
