Placed a catering order for pick up in 3 July. That morning we gor a call from the worker with a question about the order. Then 20 minutes later a call from the store manager who said the employee walked out but that she was getting staff in to process the order. We arrived to pick up the order and the store was locked up. Over last few months we have tried to resolve getting a refund. We have called, left messages, come into the store multiple times. We have gotten the run around and have yet to be refunded the 173.00 we were charged on the 3 of July. It is now the 2 of September and I have tried again to call the store. Except now they are closed and the business is forsale.

Went in and waited for several minutes no employee in sight. I hollered out hello several times no response. Another gentleman walked back a bit and finally a disheveled girl walks out picking at her nose and eyebrow rings. I start to order and she seemed totally out of it. I stopped and asked if she was ok. She mumbled yeah and then I smelled the Pot. Obviously she had been behind the store smoking pot while on the clock! She was obviously clearly out of it!!! Didn’t order. Didn’t trust it.

pita pit? more like pita trash. the kid behind the counter could not care less about his job and was as incompetent as they come. he had earbuds in and didn’t even greet anyone that walked in. there was not a single thought behind those eyes that he accused a customer of not paying, before he found the paid meal ticket behind another one. not a single apology for his own mistake. the owners must be as stupid as the singular worker they had.

I ordered over door dash around 12:30. Didn't see my food til 2:15. There was stuff missing. my order was thrown in the bag like they didn't care. I am so upset from this experience. I wouldn't recommend unless they get their shot together

While placing my order, the male staff member (who seemed fresh out of highschool) had an attitude and poor manners. The female who was making the food was okay for the most part. The male was making smoothies which were part of our order.
He kept glaring at me, my wife and my brother. We were waiting for a final smoothie for my brother. The girl finally asked if we were waiting for something. My brother said he hadn't gotten his smoothie. She told the guy to make it. He began slamming things around and throwing an attitude, making it clear he didn't want to be there.
My brother finally got his smoothie and we left. But not before my wife left a tip in the tip jar (something I wouldn't have done.)

It took over 25 min just waiting after my order was placed. The two kids working were moving like snails...you could tell they didn't care at all. Manager needs to do better for them. I ordered the falafel and it was dry....they forgot the dressing after all that! Definitely not worth $14! Pita pit used to be so good and quick...now it's neither. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time or money.

Waited 30 minutes for our meal. Extremely slow service. Extremely inappropriate music, they played WAP and not like us Kendrick Lamar. Kids where in here and not good music for them at all.

On the phone any second I wasn’t currently speaking to the guy taking my order. Terrible customer service, barely paying attention to what they are doing.
My kids wanted this two nights in a row, and both nights there was the same worker , Michelle, absolutely killing it all alone up front. She was handling multiple orders alone and was doing so in such a timely manner. Just in the time I was there to pick up my order , 4 min waiting ) she made about 4 more orders and my order was perfect and tasted amazing ! She definitely is a very hard worker and makes coming there pleasant especially cause she is also so sweet with how busy she was.

Ordered online. Website said order would be ready for pickup 30 minutes later. When arrived, food was not ready and staff had not even started to prepare food. Other customers came in, ordered and received their food before I got mine. Did not receive food until 45 minutes after arrival. Multiple items on order were incorrectly prepared. Overall, not a good experience at all.
