I've eaten from here a few times and have yet to be disappointed. The Barria Tacos are so flavorful and tender (9/10), the French Dip was made with a smokey flavor that it is truly scrumptious and unique (8/10). The Chilli was bold and filling (8/10), and the bread pudding is remarkable (9/10), but the friend bread bites are extraordinary and not overly sweet (10/10). Great place for you best quality BBQ in Alaska

We got pork burnt ends, brisket, coleslaw, and beans. The brisket was tender and had good flavor it was great with their BBQ sauce. The burnt ends were great and had a lot of flavor. The beans were awesome.

Amazing BBQ!!! We loved it all. We had Texas twinkles, brisket, ribs and burnt ends. All of it was sooo good. So glad we found this place while in town.
Hole in the wall places to eat usually have the best food! The Rack Shack is that place! The methods and flavors they use will have you saying “now that should be illegal”!

Best BBQ in town! The pork belly is my absolute favorite thing on the menu, but everything I've had has been phenomenal. The chili mac and the meatloaf I've only gotten to try recently, but I think these are going to be contenders for the top spot!

Delicious, AS ALWAYS! We ordered Smoked Chicken Thighs, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Baked Beans, and Mac & Cheese, with Banana Pudding and Blueberry Bread Pudding, for dessert. I make it a point to swing by Rack Shack, every time work brings me through Fairbanks. I have introduced numerous coworkers and friends to "the Shack" and will continue to do so. #BestBBQinFairbanks

Don't let the outside fool you. The food is excellent (went there for lunch to try it and went back for dinner)the staff is super friendly, large portions and the prices are great. I'll be visiting again whenever I get back to Fairbanks!!!
