Best BBQ in town! The pork belly is my absolute favorite thing on the menu, but everything I've had has been phenomenal. The chili mac and the meatloaf I've only gotten to try recently, but I think these are going to be contenders for the top spot!

This place is honestly THE place for bbq out here in Fairbanks. Its small but man is the food here so good. Worth every penny. Meats always flavorful and tender. Barria tacos are addictive. It will be the one place I truly miss when we PCS. DO NOT MISS OUT

Delicious, AS ALWAYS! We ordered Smoked Chicken Thighs, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Baked Beans, and Mac & Cheese, with Banana Pudding and Blueberry Bread Pudding, for dessert. I make it a point to swing by Rack Shack, every time work brings me through Fairbanks. I have introduced numerous coworkers and friends to "the Shack" and will continue to do so. #BestBBQinFairbanks

Don't let the outside fool you. The food is excellent (went there for lunch to try it and went back for dinner)the staff is super friendly, large portions and the prices are great. I'll be visiting again whenever I get back to Fairbanks!!!

Absolutely delicious and affordable food, with generous serving sizes. Awesome customer service. I've tried several items from the menu and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the AMAZING Birria tacos, available on Fridays. So good! I also love the smoked chicken thighs and the ribs. All of their sides, especially the coleslaw are delicious. A must try!
