Thanks for the laughs and stiff drinks!2021 - We stayed at the Westmark for a over a week and had lunch and dinner at the Red Lantern many times. Our favorites were the Ribeye, prime rib sandwich, fettuccine, burgers, and dinner salads. The bartenders and servers were friendly and well versed in menu items. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Westmark Hotel on September 16 and found out that my wife had COVID so we quarantined in our room to keep from exposing others. Irina in the Red Lantern helped us to order dinner and provided a cart that let me take it up in one trip. She was outstanding in her courtesy to us and it was much appreciated. She is an outstanding employee!!
Made some core memories at this restaurant. Cody was the best bartender who'd ever done tended any bar I've been to. I'm excited for my next visit up in Fairbanks, I'll definitely be staying at the Westmark and I'll definitely be stopping by the Red
