I really can't say enough about the place my wife and I love it there it's cozy the customer service is great and the food is awesome

They're racist towards non whites. If you are not white and you come hear you will be stared at uncomfortably

Wheelchair accessibility: As long as your not trying to get a chair up to the karaoke bar upstairs the only obstacle is a door threshold.

Rachel was my server, and she was just the most polite and attentive person! The food was delicious and plentiful! Will definitely add Roundup Steakhouse to my list of favorites! "Best steak in town!"

Food was avarage at best. With 8 people who ordered steaks, not one of us were given a steak knife. Waited over an hour for our food and it wasn't very busy. Also, steroid ginger owner killed the atmosphere with hovering around during whole experience.

Food took 80 minutes to come out drinks were only refilled twice. Med rare steak was medium well at best. cold potatoes no steak knives. Steroid owner dude walking extremely close watching us eat from the balcony killed the atmosphere

I like that they are conservative and proud but the good is mediocre at best. However when we live in a society where you can't get anyone to work I don't blame them for being understaffed and slow service.

If there was a 4.5 stars I would have. Service was great. Didn’t wait long for the food. Had the Roundhouse chicken sandwich. It was awesome, but bottle cheap on the fries. That’s the only reason it’s not a 5* rating.
