We rented the upstairs for a company meal, and it was great! Food was very tasty, service was friendly, and our buffet was ready right on time.

First time at Silver Gulch—impressed across the board. Food was excellent, service was sharp and consistent. Staff was attentive without needing reminders. Keke stood out—went above and beyond. Well-run operation. I’ll be back.

Never coming here again. Staff was rude and disorganized from the moment we entered the establishment. Came here for a Jazz event they host annually and to celebrate birthdays. Made a reservation for a large party and when we showed up people were already seated at our reserved tables. So we had to wait for the. To be cleaned and set up After waiting patiently for over 30 minutes at the table, we had to ask for a server to come to and take our order. No one ever checked back. Food was brought 2 plates at a time. In the end we were there from 7pm-10pm and over half of our tables food order was never received! None of our kids got their food!
We left at 10pm. The restaurant inside was closed, staff was checking out for the night and our food was never brought to our table. I spoke with a manager because it is unbelievable to be at an establishment for that long and not receive the food you ordered. Management had nothing to say but excuse themselves for being short staffed and unprepared. No solutions, no real apologies or accountability. No locals should ever support being treated this way. Don't waste your time

Great appetizers, great food, great service (Eli), great atmosphere. All made for a great experience! Special shout out to the General Manager (Chris) for stoping by our table to ensure that all was going well.

We stopped for dinner after a scenic motorcycle ride. We both had the halibut tacos and the pub pommes. Really quick and attentive service and the food was great, too! We enjoyed the tunes on the bar side. Always appreciate coming here. Nice to see locals and it's a great stop for tourists to appreciate Fairbanksans.

Kelcea is an amazing server!! She was extremely attentive and helped us with the best choices on the menu! Chris as the manager is super awesome he brought a great and friendly atmosphere to our dinner!! I will definitely be back again!!!

Went to Silver Gulch for my dad’s 50th birthday and the drinks and food were incredible not to mention the service at the bar. One of the chefs at nearby table overheard it was his birthday and brought by a complimentary dessert. They were both fantastic and absolutely sealed the 5/5 experience for his birthday!

Went to dinner and it was busy! A number of tables were seated in a short amount of time. The servers were hustling but most importantly the manager was making sure that customers were taken care of and took care of us till the server was able to take care of us. It is a manager like this that will keep the service and food on point! I had the Halibut tacos and the husband had the BBQ stout burger, both were consistent from what we remember pre pre-COVID! Glad to see Silver Gulch making a comeback!

I know it is hard with a group of people on a bus. But they knew we were coming and the menu was set for fried halibut and fries. We got there on time and got cold fried food. Not really their best. Then we ordered some of their brew. The staff person was very unorganized and we got the very cold beer we'll past eating the room temp food. Also it is suggested to pay by credit card. We tried cash and waited for a long time for change.
I hope their normal efforts are improving over this experiment.
