They were friendly and welcoming, had a great selection, and everything I tried was top notch. The entire place was sparkling clean as well (even the bathroom). I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again!

I love the beer and the food at Silver Gulch. It is by far one of my favorite places to eat out in the Interior!

We love Silver Gulch Brewing. We have been coming here for years whenever we are in Fairbanks. The new manager was super friendly. Kristina was a wonderful waitress and so friendly. The salmon burger special was excellent and my husband had the fish and chips. He loved it. Rueben rolls were good too. We took dessert to go but I am sure that will be delicious as well. We will be back.

They are not accepting gift cards. Unfortunately, we found this out AFTER we got our meal. Our giftcard is worth $100 and they would not take it. They told us it was because their system was “hacked” and they hope to have it back up in a few weeks. ? I understand things happen but to not have a sign up or social media post, nothing, is a scam. The only “fix” the owner offered us was a free dessert. They told us to come back and use the giftcard but I do not trust they will ever accept it. Also, we called the anchorage location and they informed us that Fairbanks should indeed be taking giftcards. ? there have been multiple people saying they wouldn’t accept their gift cards either and that was MONTHS ago.

Great food, beer, and service! Worth the short drive north of town

Silver Gulch is always great. Filed bottles at the spring and stopped in for one. Ended up taking a pizza home. Pizzas are allways good from there, but no matter what you order, it's always fantastic... even the salads. Had wings that were over fried, which was a surprising disappointment. Very rare that the food is sub-par.

Love this place and close to home but totally worth the drive. The wait staff was incredible friendly. Our food arrived in a timely manner and hot. The hubby ordered the Discombobulator beer and enjoyed it. Ordered our favorites the Brick Oven Club and Carne Diavolo Pizza. They did not disappoint. Had a wonderful date night. Plenty of pizza toppings and the sandwich was filling. Thanks Silver Gulch!!

group of 4 visiting from UK yesterday, thought we had lucked out finding it open..so wrong ! absolutely dreadful meal ! service was slow, waited ages for main course when it arrived the vegetables were cold , we were offered fresh, only to be told they had run out !! the Halibut was overcooked & now have upset stomach !!! desserts were equally awful, large but very dry . We were offered a reduction of $8 !! ,we paid and left disgusted !
I have never written a review before ,this was so bad I felt compelled to share.

Went to lunch with a tour group, nothing better than cold deep fried food

Beer was really good! Bobbi was great!

However, The guy at the bar giving her *hit about how she was doing her job really pulled the experience down.

I got the sense he was an owner or a brewer with how he talked about cleaning kegs and refunding for bad beer. Just a weird vibe.

She kept saying “i just work here” but he was treating her like an employee. Anyways, she was great, the doppelbock was excellent and kinda sucks when jerks show up. Would have been a good time for a manager to help her out.

How can you run out of mashed potatoes early on a Saturday night?

Waitress was amazing, but the cook didn’t cook the food correctly and when we got it back was burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside last time we go there! Paid for good service that’s about it!!

Kinda slow. Good beer. Good atmosphere.

Good food and tasty beer!
