Legitimately, this was some of the worst food that I have ever consumed in my entire life. Fairbanks is the capital of good Thai food in Alaska. I ordered what was marketed as Pad Thai, a flagship stable of Thai food and a dish that is very easy to make. What was presented to me should have been unfit for service to those in a penitentiary. It was a pile of sauceless noodles with cold plain chicken and cabbage on the top. I visited simply Thai on the last day of a vacation to Fairbanks and I feel like my entire vacation was ruined by this one meal.

Just try it. The menu is very simple, but if you won’t regret picking any of the dishes from it. We had yellow and green curry plus a few appetizers and enjoyed it thoroughly.

It was just as good as Lemongrass but faster and better priced. It had the authenticity and amazing quality of any Thai restaurant I have tried. The service was very quick and polite. My only request is labeling the boxes. Other than that it was very delicious.?
