Hands down best Thai food in all of Alaska. I moved away and everytime I'm back in Fairbanks this is a must for me. Best food, best staff, best everything!

Legitimately, this was some of the worst food that I have ever consumed in my entire life. Fairbanks is the capital of good Thai food in Alaska. I ordered what was marketed as Pad Thai, a flagship stable of Thai food and a dish that is very easy to make. What was presented to me should have been unfit for service to those in a penitentiary. It was a pile of sauceless noodles with cold plain chicken and cabbage on the top. I visited simply Thai on the last day of a vacation to Fairbanks and I feel like my entire vacation was ruined by this one meal.
