I love this place! Every time I go they are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their teas and products! Great for gifting unique and local items, too!
Love Sipping Streams! Great products and a staple during our weekend errands. Bahn Mi + Mango Thai Tea is my go to. Get a large or you’ll be disappointed how quickly it’s gone.
I really wanted to love this place and maybe its different in the store but I would not order from them at the farmers market. The traditional masala chai was ordered hot but was room temp and just tasted like milk. I had one sip and tossed it.
It is a hidden gem of a place. I am so glad I found it. I just wish I would’ve found it earlier. They’ve got some amazing selections of tease and their menu is incredible.

Overpriced
Just one visit and I fell in love with this place. Service is friendly, and the food is exceptional. A variety of bao buns to choose from, also teas. Highly recommend.

50¢ honey sticks are a delight, free tea samples are a treat, and they have the cutest tea infusers I’ve seen :D
The staff is friendly and helpful always greet you when you come in! Tea is amazing and food is fresh and delicious. One of my favorite lunch spots. They have a lot of retail products that are beautiful. The dining area is clean and comfortable. Always a pleasure to come in and try new teas and buy a great travel mug or tea set for the experience.

The tea doesn’t taste like real tea. I do not recommend.
