I've waited SEVERAL weeks with no update until I called to find out the order was out of stock. Then no update after that of when I can expect it to be shipped or to at least be in. I am disappointed in the lack of communication and at this point it would probably be faster for me to wait for the state fair and pick it up from the booth itself.
Found this place online searching for Hi Tea in Fairbanks (you have reserve in advance) … decided to swing by to see what they have. It was recommended for me to get a matcha (soy milk) and I just randomly picked the Vietnamese pork sandwich everything was so good! I forgot to take pictures but I’ll be again for sure. The customer service is also very great!!!
I stopped by the farmers market on Wednesday and it was great! The steam buns were hot and out fast, and my drink was made very efficiently. There was only one girl at the stand, but all orders were made well and out fast.
They have excellent customer service and a great selection of teas!
A wonderful selection of teas and treats. Honestly, the scones were some of the best I've ever had and I say that after living in England for a few years. Exceptional service too! Will definitely be sure to come back anytime we're in the Fairbanks area.

Love Sipping Streams! Great products and a staple during our weekend errands. Bahn Mi + Mango Thai Tea is my go to. Get a large or you’ll be disappointed how quickly it’s gone.
