If I could give 0 stars I would. We placed an order 3 separate times on the app for 2 drinks, we’ve waited at least 30 minutes each time for 2 drinks! We can see they have plenty of people to pour 2 drinks in a reasonable amount of time. Absolutely ridiculous to have employees that cannot fulfill simple orders. If the online ordering is an issue I think maybe take that off the options for this drive in. I will not be back that is for sure!

Pulled up to the speakers but they weren’t working and didn’t have any sign or something taping them off. Went inside and rang the “doorbell” they have in the counter. Nobody came out. Almost 10 minutes later I rang it again and still nobody came out

Waited 15 to 20 minutes for nothing. Wish the best for this place. Line in drive thru moved until there was nobody at the window, sat at the speaker for 15-20 minutes for nothing. The line behind me was to the road, way to go management!

They don't honor their coupons. the person who took my order had a really thick Asian accent I had to ask six times to repeat what she said. I still couldn't understand her and gave up and hoped my order was correct. It was also a really long wait it was just as long as Wendy's when a new movie comes out. The food was phenomenal though the best fast food and Fairbanks.

Tried ordering from car in Sonic style but literally none of the three things I ordered end up on my displayed order list, while 13 other things did. Either that person is very poorly trained, or impaired in a way that they should not work there: it was positively bizarre how little what they listed as my order resembled what I actually requested.. Once I got the food, it was awesome, but it took me 45 minutes from pulling in to receiving the sandwich. Much room for improvement.

We went to the stalls and we were sitting for over an hour waiting for our food! Absolutely not “fast food” like it’s supposed to be! I cannot believe the service here, we have gone through the drive through and waited a ridiculous amount of time as well!

Got to the store 10 minutes before happy hour ended and rang the bell, girl came out and said she'd be right with us nobody came out until after happy hour ended because they forgot about us. They didn't honor their deal even though it's their fault. Also took 30 minutes to get 4 slushees

From UberEats driver POV, it’s really annoying that we all gotta wait around for our delivery for 10-15 min per order when the whole point of our customers ordering ahead is to pass the line. Not once have I had my orders ready upon arrival. We might as well skip orders that come from this location because our time should be spent at other restaurants making the same amount of money in reduced time. Not to mention we see in person orders walk in and get their orders before we get ours… not sure if this is all because of understaff, but this needs to get fixed.
