Whoever made my Reeses sonic blast around 8:45 pm on Valentine’s Day deserves not only a raise, but a promotion, and lifetime of good fortune!!!!! I mean are you kidding me, this was the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. There was no skimping out on the amount of Reeses on top and throughout this blast!!!! Thank you for blessing me with something so delicious.

The night manager at 8:50PM Friday, January 31st was cussing and yelling at employees all because they didn’t have bacon. The manager was very rude to customers when asked if and why she is cussing at her employees, stating “Yeah, because they don’t do their job.” And “Are you the manager?” Before walking away from me and other customers. No manager should do this to any employee, ever.
The employees were obviously having a rough and busy day, and being yelled and cussed at over bacon did not help.

Ok food the kids like it because everything has a sweet undertone too it’s taste. The staff is not all that friendly and it takes a very long time to get your order. Once I stopped expecting the staff to say thank you and or your welcome I stopped minding.

Makes for good fast stop. Well, long as their is no line in the drive-through. Recommend the bacon double cheeseburger with tots. Just be sure to check your order before you leave. Also, make sure if you want to substitute an item that it is listed on your receipt, just encase you don't receive it. All in all, food is good, and service is ok.

Revising my rating because of two recent visits which were fast and friendly. Props to the new manager trying so hard to turn things around.

Me and my dad walked in and they had someone that barely spoke any English taking orders. We waited quite a while until we even got her food when they brought it out to us there were three extra drinks that we didn’t ask for. He also didn’t even pack the burger that my dad ordered and we didn’t notice until we got home. I really don’t recommend it right now. Their food is good and their service is terrible.

People are consistently stealing other folks food when you pre-order. There system needs to be changed and the wait times are always 30-45 minutes. I’m unsure if they’re short staffed. Sonic do better with your employees because they need extra workers and pay!
This place is never open when their hours state otherwise. Tried to go get something only to find the woman shaking her head inside when doors were locked at 8PM on a Monday night.

Closed on Sundays is one of the dumbest things a fast food restaurant does. Chikfila makes it work. Still stupid. Fairbanks restaurants are the worst. Worst service worst food, and just overall bad decisions across the board.

They have signs plastered thru out the lobby stating to be patient because they are short staffed, but I counted over 10 people working there.
They need to figure out to how to work and stop lollygagging as a gaggle in the kitchen.
I ordered 2 shakes and 2 sonic blasts and didn't get them til waiting over 30 minutes and having to wait an extra 7 for someone to walk out of the kitchen. My milkshakes were soupy and asked the gentleman if they had been sitting awhile and he just looked at me like a deer in headlights. My wife and I asked for extra goodies in our blasts and hardly got anything besides just vanilla ice cream.
Worst experience from a sonic ever!
Save yourself a useless trip and just go to cold stone next to Freddies.
