Very disappointed with my order today. I got a matcha latte and there was a huge chunk of powder sitting right on top of the drink. When I asked about it, the barista told me they don’t actually mix the powder, they just throw it in the pitcher and steam it. That’s not how a matcha latte should be made, and definitely not the kind of quality you’d expect from Starbucks. For the price they charge, the drink should at least be blended properly instead of leaving clumps of powder floating on top.

Great people, great service, great tasting food and best of all if anything is wrong they will bend over backwards to fix it and make sure your experience is the best.
Vegetarian options: Egg white roasted red pepper egg bites, kale and mushroom egg bites, spinach feta and egg white wrap, and all the pastries they offer.
Kid-friendliness: The baristas are great with kids. The baristas go out of their way to help kids place their orders and will even make the kids feel special by calling out their names when their items are ready.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with multiple designated seating for wheelchairs
We wanted to eat something small today (e.g. a croissant or something similar). Of what felt like 12 different offers, 80% were not available. There was a swept up pile of rubbish on the floor to the right of the counter. Although there were hardly any people there today 08/25/2024, the staff failed to ensure cleanliness. This was the worst Starbucks we have ever visited.
